We've been using Sky Pilot since 2019 to deliver digital content to our customers and couldn't be happier. Using a combination of hosted content and streaming via the excellent integration with Vimeo it's presence on our sites is seamless. We recently added subscription memberships to our products and Sky Pilot's recently launched subscription integration functionality is an absolute godsend. Customer service has been superb at every point, couldn't recommend it any more highly.

SkyPilot is very user-friendly and smart and I'm so happy that I moved from another app to this one. There are lots of great How Tos in the Help Center but above all: the Support is AMAZING. The chat team members are very reactive and helpful and I got very clear explanations on how to proceed, including a step-by-step message which was awesome. At a point, when I had made these steps and changes and got more questions ( :-D ) I got a one-to-one call with a SkyPilot specialist who helped me to go through all the things that needed to be done (or repared ^^ ). I am so happy that I changed the app I was using (I'm still busy cleaning up the mess the other one left), SkyPilot is great - go for it!!

I have happily used this service for several years. I appreciate that when I have any questions, I get help! I don't know how I could possibly manage my business without it. Thank you!

SkyPilot has been fantastic! As a digital download business, we were worried about the transition of downloads from Woocommerce and WordPress to Shopify. Alessandro and the Sky Pilot team made the transition process smooth and solved many of our pain points while creating a new site. The Sky Pilot team has gone above and beyond to ensure my team understood their app's inner workings and how to use it better. I highly recommend Sky Pilot to those who want to make sure their customers get the correct download every time.

I haven't been using Sky Pilot for very long but I did have to contact the service department for more explicit instructions on how to use the platform properly so that all my digital files would reach my customers without any hitch. The service that I received was very professional, very helpful yet very friendly. This is exactly what I'm looking for when contacting a service department for help. Had a video call with Alessandro today over in Italy. He was INCREDIBLE. Walked me through how to use it with a screen share. Gave me great support that does not always exist. I was also informed they have many other apps and you can get bundle deals by using them. I will be working with them long-term.

No system or program is completely perfect and without flaw, but despite some very unique bumps in the road that initially stumped Sky Pilot, I have been impressed by their determination to troubleshoot any issues we have encountered and resolve them. Their "round-the-clock" service has been much appreciated and utilized by our company.

I had the greatest experience with customer service (thanks Alessandro) who had to manually fix a very difficult and unusual DNS problem for me. He was willing to try everything until the problem was solved! I felt like I was being cared for as a customer and against all odds, had a fun chat with him as well. I'm very pleased with the app otherwise too! The email customization tools are exactly what I need, the storage size is good value for the money and it's very easy to add files to existing products in the shop. The app connected with my shop without any problems and I was able to start using it immediately. All in all, would highly recommend it for setting up Digital Products!

Sky Pilot is an amazing fix to help deliver all our digital content. App works flawlessly and was easy to set up, lots of smart features, very happy we get to use them and they built this fantastic tool.

Streamlined. If I had one word to use, it is streamlined. Go through, list details, upload product, click save and forget. Shopify connects to them and I never think about it again. But when I do, they give me details about usage and customers and I have control over past products and can prevent abuse. If you are wondering should I... don't, these guys are good! I am very pleased with the product and service.

Great app and customer service! I was using another app for sending digital files beforehand but I switched to Sky Pilot because the interface and user experience is much better, and with my current needs I don't think any other app can beat the price (I'm on the starter plan). I'm giving 5 stars because I have had a really good experience with Sky Pilot - HOWEVER I would have liked to be able to sort my uploaded files into folders before attaching them to the products in my store. I sell digital sewing patterns for women, and for each design I have 1-2 style choices as well as 7 size categories (so up to 14 different categories of files for 1 product). So it's a bit of headache to match the right files with the right sub-product etc when you can't group the files in folders. BUT I have searched the marked for apps that can do this and it seems no app is offering this service anyway...

Sky Pilot has been super easy to use right from the start and I truly appreciate how great everything works coming from other platforms that were less seamless and transparent as to what it looked like on my customers' side. Besides I had some questions about my subscription and the personal service I got from Sky Pilot was 10/10. Can't say enough how much I appreciate them taking their time to actually help me out and provide me with the best plan. And as a final cherry on top, they expanded their plans to include more, which in itself is an incredible service. My switch to Shopify has been great and Sky Pilot has made it the easiest every to sell my digital products!

The best Digital Downloads App, you can download exactly the same files that you upload they do not shrink them or zip them. Really good support team, they offer really good plans recently, just test them yourself it is free.

I was struggling with adding some custom buttons - and they weren't compatible with my theme - I reached out the Alessandro, and he was able to help me resolve the issue. He was very nice and professional, and I appreciate his help. His customer service was top notch!

This app is very helpful. We sell digital products and it makes it possible for our customers to access their files via the Shopify store, eliminating the need for a duplicative CRM. The best part about this APP? The service team. They are FANTASTIC. They really helped us get this store up quickly. And their manner of dealing with clients were top rate. I only hope our customer service team can operate at their level one day.

I just started using Sky Pilot, and it's been smooth sailing. It worked right away. There's a free version, which is great for my company. Of course we'll consider upgrading as we grow. Loved the live chat and instant support and just the fact that it worked right away. Highly recommend.

I have been using SkyPilot for almost 3 years now and am still thrilled with how easy and effortless this service makes selling digital items. Any time I've had a question (no matter how small) I get a quick, professional response. I love being able to see which of my customers have downloaded their purchases and how many times. The Access Alert feature has helped me to put a stop to several spambots/pirates/thieves and also allowed me to work with a few of my customers to secure their own email accounts. All in all, a tremendously positive experience!
