Fabulous Customer Service!! I have been using skypilot for several years now for a fully digital download company and they have made it seamless! If I run into a hiccup, they are quick to respond and help me fix (usually my errors). Definitely recommend!

We installed this app to deliver our digital products -- ebooks, echarts, eposters -- to customers of our music education shop (www.roedyblack.com). We were looking for a fast, seamless, trouble-free digital product delivery solution. We have been using Sky Pilot for a couple of months now, and our customers have downloaded thousands of files. Sky Pilot has more than lived up to our requirements and high expectations. The few times we have had questions, Sky Pilot support has always been prompt and thorough. Based on our experience, we strongly recommend this app. We've used Sky Pilot for 4.5 years now, and it continues to provide first-rate download service and first-rate customer service. So we'll continuing using the service.

We really enjoy using Sky Pilot as we have a ton of online courses that Sky Pilot helps with sending to our customers in an easy and effortless way. The option to "mark as fulfilled" helps save hours of work for our inventory team member for free courses and the "notify all past purchasers" option helps make sending emails to our LIVE zoom link classes simple and easy. Their customer service is great as well. I had a problem that was solved smoothly as the chat option stays open until the problem is solved. This means that if the problem isn't solved on one day, I can log on the next day and can continue chatting. Sky Pilot has dramatically improved the online course department of our business. Thank you for offering a great service.

I found an app with unlimited storage, orders, and downloads for only $9.99/mo compared to the $125/mo that this app costs and even that doesn't include unlimited plan. Otherwise, it's a good app. Just too expensive compared to others.

The app is very useful if you sell digital products since Shopify doesn't have its own way of doing this. Also, since we first started using the app 5 years ago, it's been updated and upgraded for better user experience. And the customer support team is VERY responsive, which is, of course, one of the most important things about any app one uses with their Shopify store. I've been working with Alessandro recently and he's awesome. Helped us fix some glitches we found in Safari, etc. and also very helpful about a recent update we did in the SkyPilot theme. Sky Pilot's staff are very friendly and responding almost immediately if you have any questions. The app is very intuitive, easy to use and fills all the needs I have as an entrepreneur selling online classes and training videos.

I am new to Sky Pilot to use for customers to download my embroidery files. The set-up has been VERY user friendly! I had a question about Customer Account Integration and was able to reach customer service on a weekend. Allesandro was so informative and was to help right away. Excellent customer service and fabulous app that I am thrilled to add to my website! For sure recommend adding this app for any digital files for download.

App is great and easy to use. It uplaods the files with ease, and is hands down the best digital download app within shopify. Dashboard is nice and you can input your brands colors and logo along with text. It would be nice to eati the color of the brand name within the email if you have this portion enabled - not a big issue though. Keep up the good works guys!

Easy to use, customer service is amazing. Very thankful that my customers can now set up accounts and see all of their past purchases. This app pulls in past purchases, so my customers can see things they bought a year ago, even though I just got this installed. Very happy!

The Sky Pilot app is the most reliable and trustworthy app I've ever encountered. If I've ever had an issue it's due to user error, and that was once about 3 years ago. I've been relying on this app for digital delivery services in my store for approximately 5 years now and have NEVER had issues from customers or my end. My customers have reliable delivery, easy access to files, customer account login that's seamless and I have a backend that provides me with all the information I could require. The enhancements that Sky Pilot has provided over the years have been seamless, to the point where I don't even notice a change has been applied unless it's visual. I have easily accessed new features for enhancing my experience and haven't even encountered a bug. I recommend Sky Pilot to all individuals looking for digital content delivery upon customer purchase.

Sky pilot is awesome to work with! They deliver our digital downloads flawlessly, and integrate with customer accounts so that our customers can login and see a full list of their past purchases. Our last digital download delivery app could not do this, and it makes for a much better customer experience. Highly recommend sky pilot if you sell digital downloads.

I could have sworn I had written this already, so I'm doing it now. Sky Pilot is by far the most important tool in our kit. We deliver 1000's of digital products each month, and we'd have a heck of a time doing it without Sky Pilot. It is so simple to create the product and add the attachments. We use this product all the time to do pre-sales. Adding attachments to a product after a sale give all the customers who purchased access to those videos, not just the ones who order after a change. Integration is tight with our store and they're support is fantastic. They've been able to help us with our issues, even pointing us in the right direction with other apps that were conflicting with theirs. If you sell digital products, this is the way to go. Update: They've recently implemented a new administrative backend which has made the system much easier to work with in all cases.

I can not say enough GOOD about this app! I was having an issue and went to the chat section, within mins the tech explained exactly what I needed to do in order to free up more space! Fixed the issue immediately I recommend this for anyone who uses digital downloads.. 100% satisfied Linda

Die App funktioniert wie es soll, und bei Probleme ist man bei dem Kundenservice sehr gut aufgehoben und es wird einem sehr schnell geholfen! Auch bei Vorschläge und Verbesserungen wird ganz schnell reagiert - innerhalb einer Woche wurde ein neuer Button mit "Produkt bereits erworben" implementiert! Mehr Kundensupport und -offenheit kann man nicht erwarten!
