The App working well and the support is fantastic. All my questions were answered quickly and provided me with exactly the information I needed.

First thing that comes to mind is their skill sets in terms of understanding the google world. Secondly, is their ability to find quick easy to understand solutions and lastly, their app is extremely easy to implement and gives the merchant the ability to fine tune their products and optimise for Google Shopping.

I had an issue with Microsoft ads that made me want to pull my hair out but Ashvin really helped me on both fronts; with simprosys and with Microsoft ads. He simplified the process and was extremely patient with me until the matter was resolved. So grateful for Ashvin's help.

I reached out the Simprosys with some questions and advise before installing the app. Within one day, I received a very helpful reply from Ashvin Prajapati from the support team. He answered all my questions. Coming from the Magento side, I was a little cautious with the feed. I soon realized that the app is so well built and has automated most of the manual tasks that I have been doing. I needed some help with the Google Merchant Center and reached out to Ashvin again via email, he advised my to use the chat so he could help me faster. Everything issue was solved and explained to me. My site has just been migrated to Shopify today and is ready to go. Thanks to Ashvin and Simprosys.
