Great app with customer service available to help! I spent a lot of money on Fiverr consultations that did not work. I have been using the app for a year already. They may have increased the number of customers, and I felt that the response time and quality of their customer support seemed to have dropped, but when I honestly discussed this with them about that, they responded quickly with a very competent staff, and serious problems that had occurred were resolved. In addition, he was quick to develop the necessary features. They are very good with both tools and people, so the more capacity they have to handle customer support, the better the service is bound to be.

The only thing you need for a flawless shopping setup. Great help service to set everything up! Best price to do this (if you want your sku's to be the mpn's in google, shopify can't do this), other apps are a lot more expensive!

The interface is easy to navigate and products were easy to import onto merchant center. Simprosys also has a lot of useful videos for troubleshooting issues.

Amazing customer support! We were always struggling with the app provided by Google as we always had too many errors in the merchant centre. With Simprosys it is much easier and all remaining errors will be fixed by the support. I highly recommend the app to anyone using Google Ads.
