We tried several bundles, and while others worked, their UI was bad and their options were limited. However, this app was perfect, and gives a simple and easy interface for users. On top of that, the support is very responsive and willing to help, which makes it one of the best apps on the store!

Their customer service is great and the app works well. Whenever we have an issue, they are super quick to reply and help however is needed.

This app was just what I was looking for to bundle my products. They have a feature that allows you to make product bundles with over 100 variants. Currently shopify caps at 100. So, that was the main reason for me using this app. It integrates well with my Shopify store and makes the bundles on my website look fantastic. I had a little bit of trouble with the coding for the Shopify theme version 1.0, but after reaching out to support they got me all squared away. They were super responsive and got my issue resolved within minutes. I could not be happier. Excellent customer service!

If you are looking for a bundle app that is easy to use, works and integrates with your shop with ease, and offers amazing customer service then this is the app for you! We tried several other bundle apps and none could do exactly what we were looking for, specifically a pick and mix style bundle as a product page that syncs with our inventory. This app made it so easy to integrate with our store and it works perfectly. The customer service is honestly the best I have came across (especially for a free app!) We had one slight issue with a bundle and the team could not have worked any quicker to resolve it for us. I can't thank Raul enough for his help, he worked on the back end of our shop to create a solution and the issue was resolved in literally a few hours. If you are looking for a bundle app please save yourself time and download this one, you will not regret it!

It took us a long time to find a bundle app that did what we needed. A lot of the apps out there would insert widgets onto product pages to offer add-ons, or they'd create bundle product pages that looked different from our theme. We just needed something to manage the inventory and Simple Bundles has been perfect! I contacted support to get help uploading bundles in bulk using CSV files and they were super friendly and responsive.

Super app when some of my product kits are based on other basic products. It is easy to keep track of stock, as well as the total value of the kit so it is easier to calculate the correct discount.

I was having trouble finding an app which creates bundles with different variants and could sync inventory at the same time. This is an easy to use app with thorough instructions on how to create and install bundles. There was a slight problem with choosing options of a bundle on the product page and adding them to the cart. However Tech Support, Raul, was able to fix the issue. Fast and efficient service. I definitely recommend!

I was researching apps to use for infinite options. Came across around 7 different ones. Some good, but this app is incredible! Super easy to navigate, excellent customer service and it looks fantastic on my website. very good app, ability to create and edit bundles is really simple and easy. Stock management is also great allowing full control over inventory. customer service is second to none!! the tech team have been so helpful, very responsive and knowledgeable, including support alongside other apps. tried other bundle apps, but this by far best.

I am overly impressed with how helpful everyone has been at this app. They are insanely quick to answer questions and jump in an help. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time!!! Great app and customer support! Anytime I had a question with set up, they would always respond very timely to assist me in getting the answers I needed. This solved a huge problem we were having doing manual adjustments with bundles.

App is good and does what it says, Support is quite good too. Using the import function is a waste of time and doesn't work at all! would love to see this fixed permanently. Every time iv tried to use it iv had to contact support and get them to do it as it doesn't work properly. Which means you miss deadlines and have to wait for support!

Excellent source for making custom bundles with a great way to single out items for our warehouse to fulfill, rather than having to remember what products are part of the bundle. Fast, responsive customer service.

I have recently liaised with Cherry as a third party on an issue and had nothing less than prompt, knowledgeable and efficient responses and experience in doing so

Very quick and helpful, very supportive staff. The only thing missing for us is the bundle name coming over in Ship Station within the individual product line (as our customers tend to order multiple bundles, it can be confusing as to which product belongs to which bundle group) this would make it 10/10 for us to complete our needs on the fulfilment side.

100% suggest this app. The service to get this up and running was outstanding. I was extremely frustrated before reaching out. As soon as I ran out, I had amazing service! When one person had to go due to being done a shift, I got another person to assist, so I had 24/7 help. Within a few hours we were up and running smoothly.

Horrific app. constantly processing orders that are empty and missing SKUs. They also recently implemented a cowboy fix, cancelling orders and replacing them which has caused even more headaches for us and our customers. AVOID!!
