I have hundreds of products that consist of component products and wanted an app that helps me to get the inventory numbers right. After weeks of searching in the app store, I found two apps that can do what I need. And this one here was the only one that offers bulk bundle creation. So I use it and am quite happy with it. However, one thing is really missing: there are no filters and no other tools/functions in the app that would help you with searching, organizing, editing in bulk or just in any way handle your bundles efficiently once they're created.

Best Bundle app I've tried, inventory is tracked and support is fast!

Shadia was extra helpful and tried to guide me through a complicated problem of incorrect pictures assigning to the variances. She run extra mile to see the settings herself and provided a detailed advise of how to approach the problem with Shopify. Moreover she helped me with the tedious task of assigning products to the variances as she understood how frustrating it must have been for me when systems don't work as expected. We were looking for an app that would allow us to track inventory of small items easily without having to display them as a final product. Simple Bundle allows you to use your own layout and all the 'bundling' can be done at the back. Many others will just add some bundling options that are visible on your website. We wanted the ability to hide all that stuff to our customers. On top of that the customer service was excellent. Shout out to Stella and Kristine for an extremely fast and professional response every time and Raoul and Orlando from the technical team for all the detailed advice on setting up the app. It is very much appreciated, you guys rock.

I love the bundles I was able to create with this app. Although I was having issues setting it up properly, the representatives through their Help Center were very helpful and friendly!

Easy to use, fast response for emails

A really useful, flexible, easy-to-use app with unique functionality. Our site uses quite complex bundles, and we reached out to Freshly support multiple times for advice and assistance with creating the behaviour we wanted. On every occasion they were fantastic!

It's a great product, but more importantly a great team behind it. The Simple Bundles team has proven responsive and capable in their support, and been open to user feedback. They implemented something at my request in the 2.0 version of their product, and was very impressed with how they did it. As I evaluate the myriad of other apps for different things in Shopify, I'll seek out apps written by Freshly Commerce. The team is fantastic.

Great Bundling app. We've tried several but Simple Bundles and Kits as the best by far. The support is great too, whenever we have had a question or query it is answered promptly and with all the relevant information required.

I love this app so far. It is so easy to create the bundles, set the prices, etc. I highly recommend the app b/c the customer service is phenomenal. My questions were answered very quickly and thoroughly.

We have been trying to find a reliable bundles app, which works well with our theme, offers different bundle options and breaks down the offers clearly at checkout. Simple bundles does the job really well - you can setup multibuys and mix & match deals using existing products. The setup process takes a bit of trial & error to get right, but once you crack it, it works really well. The support is also fantastic and very responsive so if there are any problems, they help troubleshoot very quickly. Thank you for a fantastic app & service, this has solved a number of problems for our store - would definitely recommend.

Very easy to set up and use, and performs exactly as promised. When I ran into a problem support was great. I left a modestly detailed description of my issue and in no time got back a thorough response. Despite us being on the free plan at the time, It was clear that Stella B had read my problem and researched what we had already done. She vectored right in on the problem and provided clear steps to fix it. Problem solved in no time and everything is working really well. Update 2 months later. I know I gave this five stars two months ago, but I wish I could give it even more. Shortly after launch we ran into some problems, the fault of our template rather than Simple Bundles, but their support team stuck with me through it all to find a solution. They showed amazing patience and responsiveness. Fantastic customer service, which I could not recommend more highly

Freshly Commerce's customer service is excellent and the app itself is wonderful! Thanks to Freshly Commerce for putting this app together and facilitating the sale of custom bundle packs on my site. 4 out of 5 stars only because it feels like a third-party work around, no fault to Freshly.
