Great App! Was able to open our Amazon store in minutes and upload over 2000+ products, enabling us to actually start making sales the first day! As we have so many products, there would have been no way to tell which products we should start with had we manually had to upload every single product. With Codisto we’ve been able to generate extra revenue online with little experience in the online domain, as we are retailers who have been in business with our brick & mortar stores for over a decade, but are being forced online as many customers slowly shift to the online platforms. Codisto LINQ is a great app if you have too many products to upload manually! Also, their support team was very quick to reply and resolve an issue I thought I had. Highly recommended! Finally an app that really works, if easy to use and has saved me so much time! So far it has been working with minimal problems or issues. It has been mostly my "learning curve" that has offered most of my frustration which is normal with getting used to a new app. Word of advice, read their website tutorial for better understanding of the program and all the options this app has to offer before you get going. The app itself is very "user friendly" and easy to use. I kind of learned options as I went along which is probably not the smartest way to go. Jae in support is absolutely amazing! Anytime I have a question or issue he answers very promptly. The customer service is out of this world great! The only recommendation I have would be to add an option for auctions on eBay. (I'd even pay more money per month for this). My eBay store we sell very unique and rare horse saddles so for us the best way to go is let people bid them up as sometimes it's hard to know their actual worth. I understand most items in eBay do better with "buy it now", and all of our other items we sell this way, however for businesses with truly unique items having the auction is the way to go to gain maximum profit. We are excited to try selling some of our products on Amazon as well. What has held me back in the past was all the work having to list on multiple sites and keep track of on multiple sites. I highly recommend this app and their exceptional customer support!

Support is very friendly but will not take any responsibility for any error. All the faults are users. This app is not capable to create proper ASIN, and it is not the fault of this App this is something user is doing mistake to upload the product.

Incorrect inventory quantity on amazon leading to orders i cant fullfil plus it costed around 80$ in ebay insertion fees after i uninstalled it. My opinion it doesnt work properly

Finally an app to sell on Amazon + eBay DIRECTLY FROM SHOPIFY and keep EVERYTHING IN SYNC! I love this app. I’ve tried other ‘apps’ that aren’t really apps but just redirect you to their own complicated multi-channel plaform. With Codisto can simply continuing using Shopify but also sell on Amazon + eBay. So far my inventory is always in sync and my prices have changed automatically from Shopify! Being able to create new listings in bulk saved me hours and being able to map a custom meta-field containing my Amazon titles to all my listings in bulk is the cherry on the top. The price isn’t the cheapest but the hassle free quality means it pays for itself multiple times over. This is the only app you’ll ever need for Amazon & eBay.

Unable to cancel the app. Causing issues with my Amazon inventory. Does strange things and does not update quantities. Inventory is in tatters now. Additionally, the developers at the Codisto LINQ accessed our Amazon account after we had finally managed to delete the app so please ensure you Revoke Access on Amazon permissions once after the App is deleted.

This app is simply amazing! Not only do orders sync to my shopify dashboard, but my inventory is FINALLY in the right hands. I have tried inkfrog, the shopify sales channel and someone else (whom was such a bad experience I forgot their name) and none of them worked right. I constantly oversold on eBay because my inventory would not sync. It's bad enough trying to sort out inventory problems..but to also have furious customers, well it was almost enough of a headache to make us close our eBay store. Running a website is a full time job. Running eBay doesn't have to be! Nor does it have to be expensive. The ROI from using Codisto far outweighs any of the other apps! I would seriously give this app 10/10 if it would let me! Oh and thanks be to Larry for the fast reply to some questions I had!

My products do not exist in Amazon, it is assumed that new ASINs must be created, now I get this error: include the following attributes: product_type. Feed ID: 0. For more troubleshooting help, see   the support does not look how to solve it, nor do they look at the emails that I have sent, calling Amazon repeatedly to tell me what is the problem of this application ... if it keeps giving me errors they will block my account ... if you put a negative comment they call you to take it away, but they do not look at what happens or explain anything to you

This is a great app, saves countless hours of updating multiple platforms with the same products. When I'm submitting product for eBay, I find it really helpful to write a more descriptive product title which will get more views on eBay. This app keeps track of this and changes to products along the way. Super easy to use and support is 5 star. I got support within an hour on a Sunday afternoon via email, all was resolved within a few hours. Thanks from www.heysara.com
