I just started using this app and was extremely impressed with the platform and the intuitive way it interfaces with Ebay and Amazon. Also there is 24/7 live chat which is awesome. The customer service person on the live chat guided me with ease through the process of listing my products. I'm very enthusiastic about finally being able to list my products on Ebay and Amazon through LINQ! Highest recommendation!

The most complicated thing i have ever come across. Also they are not available 24/7 for support, and when they are it has to be done over emails, or you need to install another software for chat (on their working hours) so trying to figure out how to set it up could take a while. So far it is still not working for me....also from what I have figured out, if your products do not have GTIN, or if you did not register them when you were creating the listing in Shopify, this wont work for you

This app keeps having issues with ebay and Amazon, Looks like we will be looking for a new provider. customer service and support inst high on the list of things for this company.

Works well to list to eBay, needed a couple of tweaks to my products to make it work properly, but that's not a big deal.

As a UK based small e-tailer, integration on to these major platforms is a must. This sits seamlessly onto your store. Initial teething problems are being addressed by probably the best customer service I've come across to date while using Shopify. Well done to all concerned!

UPDATE - I have changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars as Codisto have implemented the option to turn image sync on or off. Also I have been using the app for 6 months, sales are coming through and it hasn't missed a beat. Thanks guys great app and awesome service! The app does what is says. What it doesn't say is that you can't un-sync product images. My website, ebay and amazon are very different marketplaces and we should have the ability to control the images and add more as needed without having them removed. I guess many users would be on the same page as me - website images are under 300 x 300 pixels to promote speed. This size doesn't look great on ebay or amazon. Hoping this is a feature coming soon and then will be happy to review again.
