I just started selling on Amazon recently and learning how to use Amazon Seller Central has been difficult to say the least. Editing, publishing, managing products and orders in Marketplace Connect has been much much easier and much quicker than working in Seller Central. Shopify Marketplace Connect has simplified my workflow greatly!

I had hit a snag and Mark L. was very very helpful! Fast replies, easy to understand instructions and straight to the point. Awesome service!

DO NOT CONNECT TO YOUR ETSY SHOP! This app deleted (Not deactivated, not set to draft, deleted) several listings that were also my best sellers! I have spent many hours trying to sort it out. Short of a miracle from Shopify support, this will likely cost me thousands of dollars in lost revenue right as Q4 begins, possibly more. The Etsy marketplace ranking for these listings cannot be regained by simply creating another listing. I wish I read the reviews first and saw the same has happened to other Etsy sellers. Learn from my mistake: DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP AND SYNC YOUR ETSY SHOP!

I have been using a different app for a number of years and just made the switch. So far they have been excellent. Way better and faster customer service and helping me learn how to fix problems myself. Keep up the great work! ** Update 9/22/2023 I will say that it has been a struggle with the transition to your new app from what you had set up before. It seemed like you may have launched before you were 100% ready but things are improving with many new features that are starting to work. Your support team are all great! They respond t messages quickly and are always willing to help us get listings corrected! SUCH A GREAT TEAM, THANK YOU! **Update. I have had to change my review over a couple of missing features. Great app but is very cumbersome when comes to inventory management and keeping offers going with FBA/FBM. This is a manual process per sku. If you have a large inventory kept in multiple places this might not be the app for you. They need to update some features and this app will be the tops. Still very helpful customer care though! ** 8/17/23 I am now updating again. With there switch over to the new "shopify connect" this app is not ready for us to use! There are many missing features from the app as it was before and new features like there MCF turn off by themselves. This screwed my inventory right up! You should not BETA test apps on your customers! Also there UI is very different not working they way it should. Please get this fixed. I would recommend avoiding there new app if you can until they get the bugs out!

C'est lent, c'est lent et tres difficile de synchroniser avec les template. Jamais reussis Mais Shopify est tellement bon et perfectioniste,ainsi que transparent. Ils m'ont repondu qu'il le save et qu'il travaill sur ca ! Ils viennent d'acquerir codisto , faut leur laisser le temps de mettres leur competence ! je mets 5 etoiles pour leur transparence et deja, s est amelioré chaque semaine on vois la difference en plusieurs point ! Shopify vous me surprenez de jours en jours !

I am quite inept when it comes to anything with a computer. I needed to verify that my Shopify store and Amazon store were in sync. I usually LOATHE live chats...but on this particular occasion,. Jason D was a pleasant surprise. He was polite, direct and efficient and I had my answer in 10 min. It probably would have been closer to 3 minutes if I were as efficient on getting him the answers he needed!
