As a merchant, I've found the Shop app to be an invaluable platform for connecting with customers and growing my business. The app's user-friendly interface and intuitive tools make it incredibly easy to list products, manage inventory, and interact with shoppers.

Great features and no extra charging fees. Looks great with new updated feature and you can change the categories.

So far it is great i am able to set it up so it shows everything the customers are seeing and so easy to set up that way. I just hope I will be able to set up the rest once I finally hit more orders and less shipping time. Then I want to see the potential of this application.

Easy to install the app and set it up. This free app gives my brand a sales channel to reach more customers and has all the functions I ever wanted. I highly recommend this app!

We have a wholesale store that requires login-only access and Shop was able to sell to random people at our wholesale pricing without any approval from us by offering our products on its main commerce page. This is not only a terrible design, but also puts us in a sales tax liability situation since we vet that all of our customers are required to have a valid Resellers License prior to giving them access to our wholesale pricing. If you have a login-only website, Shop shouldn't be able to offer your products, pretty simple. Bizarre functionality, not impressed.

I really love the Shop Channel and all the features that it has. The only thing that I don't care for is not being able to change the color of the follow button when customizing the header using an image or video.

Quick and easy to install to Shopify. Great support. We love the design and ability to use - so easy. Most of all our customers loving using it too. Thanks Shop!

Be Warned! Shop App will let your customers file fraudulent chargebacks. A buyer made a purchase, they returned the item and I issued a refund, talked with buyer vie email and submitted proof of refund and email communication. Then they opened a chargeback and said they did not get a refund (complete lie). Shop channel will not honor or help a merchant and the buyer got issued a 2nd refund and I was charge with a chargeback fee. There is no way to contact the Shop app support. If anyone from Shop App reads this please contact me. This buyer is a scammer and has found a way to steal from honest merchants. Very disappointed in this Channel.

Our clients love to use the split pay options. If our clients are happy we are happy with the app.

Easy to install the app and didn't take too much time to set it up. Works beautifully. The only down side is the review on shop can't be transfer back to Shopify store (or is there a way to do that?) I highly recommend this app to everyone.

I enjoy the customization of the shop store and analytics. Surprisingly good! Hope it stays that way.

Okay, so first off, I've never had issues with Shop or customers themselves. I find the idea of getting more eyes on my shop a good thing, HOWEVER... I use a third party app and I noticed that on my Shop store, my wholesale listings are available for people to purchase from. My tags are set up so there is a retail side and wholesale side of my listings, so I'm not sure why people on Shop have access to my wholesale listings. But I need them to NOT be buying from my wholesale. This is going to screw up my inventory.

Gives customers another way to shop and pay, which they appreciate. Seemless integration. No problems.

I like it. Wish there was better way to customize the shop and market it. All in all a nice app and looking forward to growing with it.
