We have been using Shop for about a year. Works well, has reduced fraudulent orders, and we like the seller protection. Would like to see outstanding/unpaid invoices displayed on our dashboard. Other than that, runs seamlessly.

I have a lot of customers who use the Shop Channel including myself and I think it's great.

I like this app alot it helps with sales.

Very bad app and we didn't get a good support from Shopify. Users cannot login due to server issues and shop owners face with 5xx errors on Google Search console.

I lvoe the shop app it is a beautiful extension of your shopify store onto a mobile app marketplace. i get a lot of sales from it and see zero flaws.

I love the app, but it definitely needs more details on how to run campaigns and use it to improve sales.

Decent app. However, as a seller I'd like notifications when customers review products, as it is currently I have to keep checking it. Maybe I'm missing something? Good app though overall

It was all good at first, I had to deactivate the shop to make some changes and now that I activated it again the app is showing this message " Your store needs to be on an active Basic Shopify plan or higher. " I am active again already since yesterday and its still showing. I Need to speak to somebody about it. Again, its amazing when its working.

I get more traffic from shop than from all of my social media's combined!
