I was struggling with the interface last night while under a deadline and I contacted customer service. It was after hours and they went back and forth with me until it was fixed. Great customer service.

Colby was quick to respond and FIX an issue I was having with buttons I added to a page. He also took the time to look over the entire page and make sure it had no other issues. Great support!

I used this app originally to build a landing page for my website and once I got used to it after playing around for a while and watching the demos I found it really easy to use and really versatile, allowing me to build a highly professional landing page that I'm really happy with. Now I'm continuing to use it to improve the quality of the standard pages on my Shopify website as the standard functionality is so limited. It's perfect for this as it just imports your existing pages and lets you edit them then republish them with a click. I just now had an issue with a video not playing and Charles from customer service fixed it within minutes of my help request. He explained exactly what the issue was and what he did to fix it. Highly recommend!!

I would give this app a five star. I had worked on my blog for several days using different apps, and found most of them not functional to their claims. This app fit all my needs in one place and it was so easy to use. Plus if I had any questions the support staff was right there to help.. Thanks

Great app, great service, they answear a saturday night, very late and solved my very simple almost dumb question in a friendly manner, really glad we try it again, we will stick to the app.

Second update, I have bumped it back up to 5 because I know how much reviews mean. They addressed the issues and all is well. I still warn to be careful with any coding with their app, make sure you follow things correctly otherwise youll be in a huge mess Update: Still experiencing major issues with yotpo reviews populating on my pages. This has been nothing but a waste of time and money to try and resolve and shogun isn't helping. Do NOT use shogun for a product landing page on your theme Tough rating because I like everything you can do with building pages although its very time consuming to make adjustments for each display option. I've also had a major issue with reviews not populating and have had to pay a developer a good amount of money to try and resolve a coding issue for reviews to populate on shogun pages. It's honestly been nothing but a pain and wasted time and money. I hope to update my review once they resolve this.

The best customer service I've ever experienced. Always willing to go above and beyond to help figure out any issues, questions, etc.

Worth every penny. Great support, quick turnaround, dead simple app. The first page is a short learning curve - recommend starting with a template to get the hang of it. To Andre- you rock. One small request - please add more templates - that will help the users exponentially. Most users are not interested in doing hard stuff - if you give them more templates, it will further reduce the barriers to adopt!

I'm always a bit hesitant relying on 3rd party apps to run my business. Especially customer-facing functions. I can confidently say that Shogun is very user-friendly, feature packed, integrates seamlessly, and the support is off the chains! They respond very quickly and oftentimes with screen shots and short video clips explaining the solution. I'm helping a good friend setup a Shopify site and Shogun is a no-brainer recommendation for him. Thanks for all of your help!

This app makes designing beautiful pages really simple and quick. I've been able to find the answers to most questions I've had fairly quickly within their Help section. UPDATE to my earlier review from last year - I wanted to say that I still love this app and highly recommend it. Their customer service is super fast and helpful!

Super duper easy to use, really quick and friendly support team, integrates perfectly with themes and has heaps of customisability! Can't fault it! :)

Easy app to use and great customer service! I did just find out (despite my web designer who installed Shogun telling me I could delete this app after the pages were finalized), that if I do delete Shogun, all the work on the app will be deleted. So now I am stuck paying for the app until/if I end up setting up all the pages differently.

We used his app for building a sleeker look to our website at www.atomtek.co.uk. We were especially pleased with the tech advice given by Shogun staff member, Sweetan Mankotia, who replied promptly and also directed us to useful 'how-to' videos.

There's a learning curve and some jankiness. But their SUPPORT is off the chain good. I'm writing this at 1:49am after about my 5th minor support inquiry for the day. Not only was it a quick turnaround, but he went the extra mile and found root cause and sent me a video despite us finding a workaround.

It helped me customize and ready to launch quickly. Help is just a message away anytime. Highly recommended.

This is a great tool that adds a LOT of flexibility to your pages, especially if you dont have great coding/development skills. I highly recommend taking your time to learn margins, spacing, and padding - Just because this is a "drag and drop" editor doesn't mean it's that easy. Spend some time (30 mins) learning how everything works and you'll be glad you did and will quickly learn how to put what you want where you want.

As of writing, we are still new to this service but what I could tell you straight off is that this allows you to do more and indepth changes to your website! The support team is really fast to assist you with your inquiries regardless of the plan you are in (even in free trial)!
