Great functionality, great customer support (thanks Charles!). Easy to use and much more freedom to build pages the way we want than we had with Shopify alone.

Made our website look WAY better!! Really easy to use and the design features are great. Customer service is really responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend!

I have only experienced minor bugs in the 9 months we've been using Shogun and support has been quick to resolve the issue every time. Today, Andre helped me with a page building issue (caused by me) and showed me the correct way to build product pages so they are not 'nested'. His explanation was accompanied by a super helpful video of the back end of my website. A+ support - thank you so much!

it's been a breeze building pages. while the functionality may not be extensive it certainly is sufficient for any new brand / company who wants to get off the ground. the customer support has also been quick and efficient.

Easy to use.... I can update my website fast and it always looks great. Anytime I've had a question - the support is right there ready to help! I would highly recommend this app if you want to tweak a theme, or be in total command of your site.

Super fast and helpful customer support. Some of the UX and help/support documents can be difficult to navigate...but the fact that their support team is so responsive and helpful makes all the difference in the world.

There are some bugs with difficult to find solutions, but I give 100% thumbs up because the help team is always there and down to help find solutions - Kalen spent a while working through solutions- essentially giving me a tutorial on how to be efficient and make the site great. Makes it simple to build epic shop pages.

Although I am very comfortable with HTLM, js script and CSS, and I can build a professional page without a pre-made theme, having a theme keeps me from wasting precious times coding when someone else has already prepared the elements. Now... that's just what a SHOPIFY theme provides. Add SHOGUN, and you are in a whole new ballgame. It's like grabbing groups of pre-written codes that I would have written and pasting it where I want them on my page. I can still be a nerd and creative director at the same time! SHOGUN is TOOOOOO COOOOL.

Amazed at the quality of service here. I wrote in with a simple question and not only did they answer it - support identified a number of issues with my page that I didn't recognise, made videos showing me how to fix it, and also 'saved' the fixes so I could easily access and implement them myself. Very happy with the service and the customisability is much higher than Zipify.

The app really gives you sophisticated control of the Shopify environment. But customer service is incredible. Kalen looked, responded as if he was in the office next door. APP 100% - Support Experience 1000%

Really good app, but a learning curve. I love the customer support. Really fast. Sweetan is superb at customer support! He also sent me a video of his screen to make it clear how I need to do it!

Shogun is by far the best page builder I've used for Shopify, and the customer support is exceptional - Sweetan turned my queries round in minutes rather than hours, even creating personalised videos showing me how to achoieve what I was trying to do!
