The app allows a lot of options to customize pages and really user friendly. I followed Shopify's directions to edit theme code to enable age verification for our site and encountered an issue late this evening when attempting to edit Shogun pages. My experience could not have been better. I found it very easy to talk with the folks at Shogun. They respond quickly, usually within an hour, which is about the fastest I have seen from any company so far.

So far - this has been awesome. It has integrated well with Recharge subscriptions as well as my standard products. More importantly, the support has been amazing. I got sub-5-minute support with the first few questions via in-app chat and they resolved integrations across a few apps and Shopify. It's still early days but the support alone has been top-tier.

Has lots of customisation options that are lacking with Shopify's editing tools, which was the main reason I got the app to start with. Customer support are always great and get back to you pretty fast. I send them lots of questions and then always answer in a timely matter.

As soon as I discovered Shogun, I knew I have to try it ASAP. At first, it looked complicated to me but after 2 hours I could easily build a great landing page. Excited to see the conversion rates skyrocketing. PS.: Their customer support is amazing and quick. Thank you

another stupid app, i installed this app to try it on my product page, but when i uninstall it then it f....up my product page, you can not reset the settings,,,now i have to delete the product and add it all over again to m store the worse thing is that i saw that the modification that i did on one product page is affecting all the other products pages,, so i have to reinstall my theme all over again and setup all the customization that i did which means doing the work all over DONT CALL ME AGAIN BECAUSE I WILL NOT TAKE DOWN MY REVIEW

The Shogun app is so easy to use. But I did run into a problem with an image that wouldn't download. I contacted Shogun Support - they did it for me and even sent me a link with instructions with all the steps to do myself. Great customer service!

Been using Shogun for a year now and it has proven to be a very helpful tool for our store. On the odd occasion I have had an issue with something their support has been extremely responsive and had a solution available. Typically I hear back from them in a matter of hours regardless of the time of day I reach out. These guys have it together!
