I just started using this App, and I can't say enough about the immediate support I received when I ran into a glitch I wanted to fix. I received an answer and how to fix it within a couple of hours. But the incredible part was, they gave me a video showing me what to paste where, made from my own site, so I could clearly see and very easily fix the issue. What a game changer! 10 STARS!!!!!!!!! Well deserved, and thank you so much!!

Updated: The Shogun team has been helpful in making this experience better by being very attentive and thorough. I still think that there should be an affordable version for small businesses. Please let me know when you improve your forms. Thanks PREVIOUS REVIEW This app works fine but it is NOT AFFORDABLE to keep on your page so you might as well not use it unless you are never going to make edits again! The forms in the app are HORRIBLE and they stop working after you uninstall the app so its a waste of time to use them in the first place. You should make an affordable option for individuals!

This app is great to use as our Landing Page with our Google Ads. Its more affordable than Unbounce. I do wish they had the ability to have a drop down form where each form option could lead a vistor to a different URL on our site. Hopefully that feature will be added in the future. For now, I will just create a separate landing page for each campaign that we are targeting.

Overall, Shogun has made it significantly easier to build nice landing pages for our company's website. On top of that, whenever I've had a question, they've been quick to respond, and their answers have been very helpful in solving the problem (shoutout to Justine for her help!).

I'm very happy for the Good Customer Serivce provided by Shogun :) They solved my website issue very soon.

Very good customer service from Sweetan Mankotia. He took through the whole process of fixing our issue and helped us at every step. He sent us tutorials that he took on our website and followed up and made sure that everything was working properly.

I joined Shogun a couple of weeks ago, and the support I have received in so many different ways is totally outstanding, one of the Best that I've ever come across. The support is 24/7, nothing is too small or too big, too silly or too complicated to ask.... I send an e-mail off and I know without a doubt that it'll be answered with all the very clear and uncomplicated information that I need to achieve what I was trying to do. The reply to the e-mail I sent off a couple of hours earlier has prompted me to write this review because of the outstanding service that Andre gave to me. I'd been trying to doing something in particular & I just couldn't seem to get it to work, but I knew it would be easy, so I sent a couple of screen shots off in my email and Andre sent back to me a short time later, a link within my email to a screen capture video of the actual page that I was working on, just how to achieve what I was trying to do. It was really simple and easy once I knew exactly how to do this. Once again the support from Andre and all of Shogun is far more outstanding than any that I've come across for a looooong time. The pages are simple, fun & easy to use, whether you use the templates or build from scratch. I see my business will defiantly grow, with now using Shogun. Excellent product and exactly the tool we needed to help our growth team quickly create landing page experiments for our paid user acquisition campaigns.

You can create some really slick, modern, and professional-looking sites with Shogun. The interface is pretty straightforward and simple, but can be a bit clunky when trying to rename elements or navigating the sidebar in general. Lots of options for responsive elements and you can even edit elements to only appear at certain resolutions - making it possible to have a mobile and desktop version of a page that are completely different. The staff is quick and responsive to questions! Kalen Christ and Sweetan Mankotia both were very helpful and polite. I will happily continue using Shogun!

Shogun is great, perfect for building your pages just as you like. Justine Apacible is always very helpful and responds to all my queries and helps me fix all my issues almost instantly

I'm 7 days into the 10 day trial, and will definitely continue. The app itself is great, there's some getting used to the logic of how things are structured, and I kind of dip in and out of it as time allows, so my attention span is short. But, the reason for the review is the awesome support. There's nothing worse than carving out an hour to focus on something, and you then hit a barrier and have to way days for support. These guys are great, they know the product inside and out, and respond really quickly, no matter what time it is. Props to Charles and Andre for helping me to get going!

I used this app to create customized pages that are nice looking. This app is great because it's incredibly easy to use to make solid looking pages with no coding experience. There support team is also incredible at helping you with any issues that you run into. Great job guys!

We're on a trial at the moment and just becoming familiar with your application. Andre couldn't have been more helpful in getting me acquainted with different tools and features. Excellent customer service from a knowledgeable expert!

I'm very impressed with this app. Beyond the fact that their customer support/technical support team is great and extremely helpful, this is the best thing for Shopify since email marketing for small businesses. At first glance it may seem a bit pricey, however, if you have a decent amount of web design experience or have worked with software like Webflow, you'll be able to build a beautifully responsive, powerful Shopify store which can save you hundreds if not thousands of dollars in the beginning. And for a small business that means more focus on marketing and branding rather than a beautiful but dusty website! Absolutely recommend if you want to take your website to the next level without breaking the bank and hiring expensive developers.
