At this point because of how often I use this app, I think I've spoken to every member of the Shogun team (or close!) and every single person has been personable, and incredibly helpful. I'm a designer with almost no knowledge of code, and the Shogun tool has been instrumental in giving me more freedom to design my Shopify site the way I want it to be. Shogun has become my absolute favorite app, and I even switched from a competitor I was using because it wasn't meeting my needs. I keep finding new ways to use Shogun to not only make for a more beautiful site experience, but also to help increase conversion rates. Recently, I had a question about something having to do with my email integration, and a Shogun member went so far as to send me a tutorial that wasn't even from Shogun. I have yet to have a question go unanswered, and I get a response at any time of day or night within only a few minutes. Cannot recommend more!!

Great app if you aim to take your store to the next level in term of look and feel. I have tried different Pages Builders (in fact I tried the top 10 recommended from search engines) and I settled for Shogun as it has the right blend of usability for non-tech-savvy person and yet powerful results. I was taken to school this morning (literally) by Justine (a Shogun's rep), she patiently taught me how to best take advantage of some of the Shogun App tips and tricks. Now, here I go improving my Shopify store theme!!! Thank you Justine.

Must have app if you are a Shopify growth store. They make it easy to scale pixel perfect landing pages without the help of a developer. You are missing out if you don't use Shogun.

Our company Heckler Design has been using Shogun for a long time. Love all the feature it provided and gives us designer so much freedom to showcase our products the best way. Would highly recommend Shogun to design and improve website.

Just tried the app for the first time and ran into an issue. Emailed customer service and they replied almost immediately. They walked us through the simple steps to solve the issue, which turned out to be self inflicted. Great app and even better customer service.

I started using Shogun over a month ago, can't praise the product high enough. Additionally, the team and the support they offer is second to none. If you're looking for a landing page builder I highly recommend.

Had some issue about the App, but the customer service helped me to solve in patience. I will use this app all the time.

Shogun is relatively easy to use and intuitive. They have a fair number of templates to choose from although I found it is straightforward to build pages from scratch as well. The support team is top notch and was able to fix my problems very quick, even on the weekend. The drawbacks are that it is too expensive in my opinion - it costs more than Shopify itself for far less functionality. Also, the mobile view in page editor does not match the actual mobile view.

Really like Shogun. I've massively improved my pages using it and the customer support is amazing: helpful response by email, often in minutes, solved all my queries.

I tried, but I just couldn't get over the fact that this cost me more than my Shopify subscription itself. It's easier to use than Pagefly but I didn't try Gem Pages, so i can't speak to how it compares there. It's less expensive than enterprise level apps like Unbounce and Instapages and it's the same price as LeadPages, but you'd be better off using another drag and drop website builder and making it a subdomain of your existing site in my opinion. Unless you're specifically trying to edit your product pages layout, in which case, maybe just pay for a premium theme one time vs getting a recurring subscription at this price tier. Die App an sich ist ein sehr gutes Konzept. Es treten jedoch manchmal Probleme auf. Nachdem man Seiten speichert, werden diese nicht wie behauptet als "reiner html code" gespeichert, sondern der code bleibt dauerhaft vom Shogun Server abhängig, weshalb er nach Löschen der Shogun App 'kaputt' gehen kann. Um ihn zu Reparieren wäre dann wieder ein Abo bei Shogun nötig. Deshalb Seiten nach der Shogun Deinstallation lieber nicht mehr bearbeiten, da diese sonst möglicherweise verloren gehen!

Customer support was incredibly responsive and helpful. I contacted support with an issue and they resolved it within the space of 9 hours. This might be first for me! While a bit finicky sometimes, the app does everything I would expect it to do.

Can not recommend this app more. Makes building the pages I want so easy without any complicated coding. Being a small business and having to do a lot myself usually means a lot of wasted time trying to figure things out but I love the ease of this app and the support is super fast too. Great interaction with the their support with some questions, they reached out to me directly. Shogun is a powerful yet simple to use page builder... I was surprised at the level of detail to get page elements exactly where you want them... and renders perfectly on desktop and mobile.

This application made web design so easy! My Shopify theme wouldn't let me do much on most of my pages and this drag-and-drop system is so much easier than coding. Great customer service too. I had a question and they responded immediately

Took a little bit of effort to get things how I wanted them after coming across an issue with the way our theme was behaving with the app. Shogun's support were very helpful though and resolved the issue quickly. Would happily recommend.
