I had an issue with a section not showing on my landing page. I contacted support, and they were very helpful and so quick problem solved.

I used this app to create a custom page on a Shopify template. My template had some limited functionality on the subpages so this was perfect to expand my resources for creating custom pages. In addition, the support team is very helpful, and responds quickly whenever I have an issue.

Shogun is easy to use...AND, when you need help they are there quickly (an actual person)! I received a response to my question in about 30 minutes. Sweetan Mankotia actually created a video using the page I had built to show me how to easily fix the issue. Thanks so much for your help! I highly recommend.

Jede App hat ihre Vor- und Nachteile, diese hat allerdings nur Vorteile. Shogun bietet ein kinderleichtes Baukastensystem, mit welchem jeder Laie einen professionellen Shop aufbauen kann. Bei Fragen steht der Support einem immer zur Seite und hat sogar 1 bis 2 kleine Aufgaben für mich übernommen. Der Preis von 39,99 € für 25 Seiten ist mehr als fair. Mit Shogun lässt sich wirklich alles realisieren. Vorteile: + sehr einfache Bedienung + es lässt sich alles einfach realisieren + mobile Ansicht und Desktop Ansicht kann getrennt bearbeitet werden + Support ist 24/7 erreichbar und hilft auch sofort (kein nerviges Ticketsystem) Nachteil: Bis jetzt ist mir noch nichts aufgefallen. Ich habe bis jetzt keine negativen Erfahrungen mit Shogun erlebt.

The app is easy to use, has everything I need for building a blog. Customer support is great and works quick.

The support team is great. If you do have an issue, they respond in a very reasonable amount of time and their replies are thoroughly helpful.

Have used Shogun on a couple sites now... product is solid and support is truly... supportive. Granular level of code-free control.

I love creating pages with this robust app. And when I accidentally deleted a page I needed after doing a bunch of work on it, support restored it for me!!

Super easy to use and has great support from the team. I was having some technical issues and their team responded within an hour and resolved the issue. Don't waste your time or money hiring a developer and customize your own pages and more with this. So many options are available.

Update: In the meantime I had several contacts and also multiple attempts from different people at Shogun to assist me and to make it right (which really speaks for them). I still decided to uninstall their app. They helped to clean-up my site and removed any leftover code, too. Based on their eager to please customer service I would have given it another try with their app, but in the meantime we decided to walk a different route and there is no longer a need for us to use such an app/their app. I changed my initial rating from 1 star to 3 stars - because of their high interest to win me back and make it right. Their customer support seems to be excellent. I will leave my initial feedback below - so you can see where I was coming from and what happened initially. I had a VERY unpleasant experience with this app - BE AWARE!!! I installed it to test and see what it does and it created ALL KIND of unwanted side effects!! It modifies the HTML of your product in Shopify!! Even after you delete the test product page - their HTML code still is left in your product HTML - they don't clean up their @#$%! They even redirected one of my product URL and it took me some time to figure out how I could revert back to my original product listing/collection. Uninstalling their app does NOT clean up the changes they made to your Shopify store/pages/products!!! As I said - BE AWARE - if you like their app and stay with them - then you are probably ok, but if you just want to check it out and test it - I strongly recommend not to use one of your active products or pages and be aware that you have to do quite some clean up afterwards after you decide not to use their app!

Love this app. Really upgraded the look of my FAQ and Shipping pages on my website and I'll definitely be using it to create more beautiful pages. Customer Service was also super responsive when I had a query - Adam solved it really quickly.

I enjoy the prompt response to questions about navigating Shogun especially since I am not a developer nor do I have a clue about it. I got the answer I needed quickly and it was a thorough response. I highly recommend

Do be aware there is NO ANALYTICS for the first two PAID plans. We found this out after we built pages. Think about this - publishing pages blind to your data as an intentional feature by the app developer. This important fact is not in their pricing information when you select a plan which seems misleading in a effort to upgrade you plan after doing the work and putting up pages

I like that this app is easy to use and able to create customized pages and templates. What this app may be lacking is more support on web accessibility requirements, but you can work around it if you know how to code within the store source files.

I had support questions and Justine one of the members from Shogun went above and beyond to assist me with my query! Always quick to respond and very hands on assistance!

We've been using shogun for quite some time now and really appreciate how simple it makes building pages and blog posts. It is significantly more straightforward and easy to learn than any other option and when we do have to use another service for our business it is shocking how much faster things go in shogun! When we have run into minor roadblocks the team is very fast at replying to questions and helpful. They can manually fix things in our account too which is always helpful vs. having to follow a complex list of instructions.

Good templates, Good customer support. I'm using one of their good-looking templates, and it's looking good on my page. Also, their customer support is awesome.

The app is great and very helpful in creating web pages with many uses. The customer service is exceptional, second to none. I’ve written them several times with questions since I’m new to web design and they were incredibly fast and helpful. They went above and beyond to answer every question I had and more each time I wrote in, Im still shocked as I’ve never experienced customer service like theirs in any other business. A++
