Just spoke with Kalen, the man is a wizard. Helped me with a problem that ive been trying to fix for months and was too proud to ask for help. Shogun searched me out and actually was very quick to respond and very helpful. Clear cut, precise and very friendly.

We were having some trouble with A/B testing and our support genius Max quickly helped us resolve the issue after getting access to our Shopify theme file. Kudos to the awesome support team at Shogun!

I use this app to create clean looking blog posts for my retail site. I will say the users ability to navigate the site is quite simple and Shogun has done a nice job offering many functions to truly make it customizable. The reason I have reduced my rating by one star is due to the inflexibility on the users end in choosing a package. The monthly fee does not reset your page count, meaning if you are using this app for the ability to create many pages for a site it will get costly. With that being said the Shogun support time was able to adjust my package slightly for my needs. I will continue using this app in hopes of the page limit aspect of pricing will be adjusted in the future for the users specific needs.

Every once in a while I have glitch that I cannot work out. I am not sure if the glitch comes along with an update or it is user error. But once I am able to be in touch with support they are always very helpful. My one request would be a click to chat support button.

Amazing support, went above and beyond to help me sort out an issue with my theme that was out of their scope. Adam is a champion.

Amazing app - easy to use and allows you do a-lot of custom design work on already existing Shopify templates.

I'm big on customizing the look of my shop, and Shogun allows me to do just that. Customer service goes above and beyond to help you out with any questions. I would definitely recommend.

The page builder is very easy to use and the elements we needed to easily create pages well beyond what we could do within Shopify (without coding). When we had questions about how to accomplish something, the support team was both prompt and extremely helpful.

The customer service of the product is awesome, so quick and always helpful! I quite enjoyed using the product.

I really enjoy using this app. Without it, I don't know where my website would be! It is super intuitive, and the more you work on it the better you become, and the better your page will look

Shogun is very designer friendly; I have grown to love working with this app because it is so intuitive that it is almost like a virtual collaborator. The support is superb - some of the best that I have experienced - both in terms of solid, concise visual documentation, super-informative webinars - and the support staff, who have provided me with what amounts to a sort of mentorship that is guiding me to self-sufficiency and ultimately to mastery of the app. It is very clear to me that everyone who is associated with Shogun, both loves and are proud of the product they offer - and in my experience, they have every right to be proud of Shogun Page Builder! The only improvement that I could suggest is that custom elements were available in all (my) plan(s).

Fix a page that was not visible on the live page, the service provider help me discover what was the problem

The absolute BEST thing about Shogun is their amazing support. Twice now, I have had real people help me diagnose and repair errors within an hour of contacting them through email. Although functionality can feel limited at times, it's got everything you need to build a beautiful and high converting landing page.

I used this app for being able to more modify my shop! I also created individual newsletter submission forms and the support, especially Sweetan was a great help for me on how to integrate this modification into my CRM list at Shopify. Fast and efficient, lovely support! Thanks!

We love the ability to make our landing pages look great without any coding but also follow many of the performance marketing principles that lead to higher conversions

I was having issues with potential clients contacting me using a form I'd created in Shogun I'd get the form but then there was no email or phone number, even though I'd created the form to require that information. Chris dug into it for me and figured out that I'd accidentally created more than one form in one. He sent me screen shots showing the issue and how to fix it, all within 24 hours. Great support!

No matter my question complexity, I always get a speedy and detailed support response. Either I get a solution directly from Shogun Support, or they help direct me toward a solution. Excellent, technical customer service. Thank you.

Game changer. Practically our entire site is built with Shogun and it looks amazing & is so easy to use. There's a bit of a learning curve but it's easy to get the hang of. Customer service is super responsive.

Shogun is the best page builder I have used, and I have used most of them. It is feature rich, easy to use and they offer great support if you ever need it.
