Shogun service is very prompt, and their feature set gives us tremendous opportunity to design what we want and how we want. Great product!

I needed help on a small feature and their support got back to me within an hour and helped me fix the issue. Great customer service and a great platform.

Very intuitive app to design standalone pages within a theme. Our non-technical staff is limited to what they can do through our theme and don't have much knowledge of coding, so this app is very useful. But it is also very powerful if you are looking to further into headless site design and building.

we used shogun to design some pages that we didn't want to have coded. Very easy to use and great experience. We're going to build more pages now that we know how great the app is.

Amazing app and with awesome customer service. There's, naturally, a learning curve with any complex tool such as this one, but Shogun has all the resources to make picking it up a breeze The staff are also super helpful and responsive. Usually taking less than 2 hrs to reply, and with very targeted & specific advice, often including a custom video recording of your page to make it easy. Love this app.

The app and the customer service well exceeds 5 stars. I use shogun on both my UK and US store and the store would not be half as good without it. The customer service is excellent also, nothing is too much to ask of them. Cheers

I ask for help about SEO. I never get any reply after I give the app a 5 star. It cost me $39/month without any support, and the page I built cannot shown or crawled by google search engine. What a shame!

App works fine! It may sometimes have some minor glitches but with the great support they give, it makes up for it.

Was looking for an app to update my product pages. However I have a pretty large catalog and the page limit makes this useless. If you just need a landing page I am sure this would work fine (have used it in the past). Just think they have gotten greedy with pricing, $39 a month should be plenty.

We love the freedom we have to design unique landing pages for every different occasion. Not to mention, the ability to sync pages across our individual websites in each market is going to be a great timesaver. Customer service has been very responsive and helpful addressing all of our questions and concerns.

The functionality of the app has been great for our landing and product page needs. The customer service has been excellent both in response time and solutions!

Shogun is in my opinion the best App to create unique content. There are lot of Design App for Shopify, but no one has a great Support like shogun. I receive within 1 Hour Support to all of my questions, with real videos on my store how to change setting. This is what makes a App great. I know its little higher Price App, but it worth.

The app is great, and the customer support I received (with Andre) was so amazing!! They say 24/7 and it's true!. He responded immediately. Usually when I write customer support I'm readying myself for an uphill battle explaining/re-explaining the situation till they finally agree to help. Andre understand the issue immediately, assessed it so quickly, and resolved it INSTANTLY. Thank you!!
