Shogun is a great app for any digital marketers who want to be independent in creating custom pages easily. Their CMS makes it easy to customize any pages with deep details. Even if, at first, the platform might seem a bit complicated to use, Shogun has a 5 star customer service, always available and fast at getting back to you - special mention to Rhys who is always so kind and helpful! Would highly recommend.

Great app!! Love the ability to build out landing pages, without having to get into the code. Love being able to import my product pages and being able to add sections and modules to optimize. Their support is top-notch as well.

Support is second to none...consistent, fast, accurate!!! James Power and Lamberto Billones are rockstars in my book.

I will be honest -- Shopify is not my favorite platform. And shogun took a bit for me to get used to. But now that I understand it, it is running a lot smoother. I had an issue with our theme and the team at ShoGun did an awesome job helping me quickly. I still prefer Wordpress, but at least I know I can get help when I get stuck.

Very impressed with the quick, personalized support they offer. Emailed them and an hour later had a personalized video made using my own website to show me how to fix the issue. App also allows me to do tons of customization without needing a developer!

The app makes it easy to build pages! The support team via live chat is there to help if you ever get stuck. Highly recommended.

I am a brand new user to shogun and I have a steep learning curve ahead of me. I had a question about editing pages in shogun versus shopify, and not only did I get my question answered by a customer service rep in less than 5min, but the fix was extremely simple.

The app works great and saves me tons of time. However the customer support is even better than the app. I often do judge an app on the quality of it's customer service, and Shogun definitely has world class customer service.

I'm a huge fan of Shogun for building custom pages for my store. One of the main selling points for us is that Shogun actually creates Shopify Pages as opposed to creating templates as several of the other apps do. This means the app is not creating tons of templates within the system that are hard to manage or edit. Instead, they are standard Pages that you can even keep if you happen to uninstall the app (this would make editing difficult, but at least possible). The app itself has a great UI that makes it easy to create custom pages, either using their pre-built sections or working from scratch. The ability to edit by break point / device is especially useful and user-friendly. Due to the number of sections available, and tons of customizable options, you can pretty much accomplish any type of layout without having to code. Because the app creates pages, we are also able to accomplish functionality that was specific to our website's needs. We have kept the standard product page, but are embedding Shogun pages for each product below that (using some tag functionality modified from our theme)... telling more of a product story. Easy to use, but the real reason for the 5 stars is the customer service. Always quick to reply, and always helpful. I've always left a chat with my issues solved. Can't beat that.

Shogun is our go-to app for all our landing pages and site design work. The app is solid and easy to use, but you can get as creative and complex as you want. Their support is second to none - Just recently had a deadline coming up fast and had to reach out to them for help with a technical issue I was trying to overcome on my landing page. I reached out via email at 5 am my time, and within 20min Adam had emailed me back and 100% fixed my issue. I really appreciate that!! Shogun will change your company for the better!! If you are on the fence about installing this app, don't be... just do it.

Customer service is great! Have run in to functionality issues from time to time but most have simple work-arounds.

The Shogun Landing Page Builder is something I really can recommend if you would like to customize your Shopify theme to give the best presentation of your company and what your products can offer for your customers. I noticed when searching for the best e-commerce solution that Shogun is used by some large brand names in the market, but Shogun is also used by many smaller companies. The learning curve to get started should not withhold you from selecting Shogun Landing Builder. After a day or two, you will have a good overview. The monthly price of 99 USD for the plan I selected set some expectations and these are so far more than met. So far, over the last months, I have received very fast support from the support staff at Shogun. Always solving my issues. I will recommend both the product and the support.

Shogun Landing Page builder is easy and intuitive to build out some pretty cool landing pages. Takes a minute to get familiar with everything but once you are it's super easy to navigate. Their support is really quick to respond and provides answers for all Shogun related questions. Overall great experience!

The support team and in particular Sweetan has been amazing again. Each time I reach out I get immediate support above and beyond what I expect. I appreciate the support so much.

The app is worth the money, very easy and seamless to build a world class site. Additionally I had some issues whilst using Shogun, but the support team were very helpful in ensuring my issue was fixed promptly. I acknowledge that their job is difficult trying to consult on technical issues via email, but Joseph and Lamberto did excellently. Well done 11/10.

I have changed our entire website via shogun. Their support is flawless. The absolute best app I have used! Great support! Great app!!! Beautiful tempel, easy to use!

I played with this app for 5 minutes on an existing product page. I didn't get the results I wanted and I went to delete the page in Shogun so I could start over. It ended up unpublishing the product page in my site and there is no option in the Shopify backend to republish it even though it is listed as Active. I had to call Shopify support who told me that there is Shogun code in the product page that the developer will have to delete and that there is nothing she can do to help me. Horrible experience. Apps should add functionality to your site, not ruin it.

After using them for 6 months, i have changed my rating to 5 star. The technical team really knows their stuff and will roll up their sleeves and help resolve whatever issue you are having. They are 100x better than shopify support (useless other than basic stuff), even better than klaviyo support and they are pretty good. The most important thing about shogun support (get the paid support, Worth more than the tool!) is they can execute! They can save you countless hours in trouble shooting. Whatever they cant do is usually a limitation of the tool shopify third party connection. They will try hard and thats what sets them apart. Best support of any app in shopify store. Keep in mind that most limitations are due to the shopify ecosystem… App is promising BUT I don't recommend it at all. If you even look at any production file in the editor, it will trash the theme and page look. You have to import into the editor. So you can't simply edit a page and it becomes a pain in the ass because the editor is not allowed to add code to the page by shopify. Thats why you have to import. so if you forget and go to a published page and open it in the editor, its trashed. Oh BTW if you use Rewind Backup app to restore the damaged file, it doesn't restore it because the extra code was added by Shogun. What it does do is restore the text that was saved... so you have to look for the code that was added and remove it.

Best support I have experienced on any shopify app, these guys are great at not just giving you an answer but going the extra mile to help you. Id recommend this app if you are looking to stand out and make custom pages/content for your website.

Shogun has been fantastic. It is quite easy to use design pages that look beautiful and achieve the goals we have in mind. Even better than the tool itself has been the customer support...it is simply one of the most helpful support services I have ever experienced. They reply very fast and always with solutions to the problems you have. I have reached them many times and every time they sorted my problem. Their service is miles better than Shopify's own service, so I can only highly recommend this product! Thanks to all the Shogun team for all the great work they are doing. I am really looking forward to see your Front End solution become available to small businesses and entrepreneurs.
