So far ShipMagic has done what other shipping apps can't do for us when it comes to shipping fees and different locations. They have set up our entire shipping section (which is complicated) and have been very helpful with fixing any issues that have come up. I highly recommend them.

So far the app is doing exactly what I need it to. It provides a solution for getting rid of the double shipping rates on Shopify when you have multiple locations. The support has been exception. Very fast, very effective, and goes above an beyond any other tech support I've received. Happy to have found this app.

Highly recommend this app. We were looking for an app that can charge delivery on certain products on the site but also varies depending on where it is (using postcodes) and also charges per item. This app does exactly this. the help and support getting the app set up, working, troubleshooted was some of the best customer service i have had. the developer is very good. highly recommend if you need an app to charge based on postcodes and/or charge per item.

Solved my multiple shipping location issue.

Shipmagic is by far the best shipping app there is on the Shopify App Store The back end service from Aditya helped me form my freight needs all in 1 app, Aditya also connected a 3rd party freight company who I dealt with in my business ( as we deal with heavy freighted items ) to show live rates at check out Definately recommend !!!!

Wonderful app that can be configured exactly how you need it with multiple rates and methods. The support is amazing, fast, responsive and accurate. They take time to understand your exact need and are pro-active at helping. We have encountered errors when we have tried to configure a complex rule, but after reaching out, our support request was answered very quickly and with the ideal result. If you have a complex, or tricky shipping methodology, this app is a must. MASSIVE recommend

Very pleasantly surprised by the ShipMagic app. We were looking for a complex shipping setup in which the shipping rates were grouped by box size, each box carrying a certain number of products. Aditya, the developer, was very quick to assist and hopped on a call to help set things up properly. We worked with Aditya over the course of a week and he was SUPER helpful, even going so far out of his way as to change his app to accommodate FedEx for us. We've worked with a lot of apps and this is by far the best customer support we've received. Thank you Aditya for the awesome app!
