The app is glitching. When uploading artwork such as posters I have encountered it will not load product preview images.. I have to try it a few times to get images loading and sometimes not all options appear. I also do not like the image quality at all. My posters look grainy and not vibrant especially when you zoom in preview on my website. I think something is wrong on your end. I followed all requirements for images. chat tech support is horrible. apparently, you cant order samples of metal prints and canvas prints with your artwork on them. they just wont tell you. you will be in a chat session till your kids come for thanksgiving to visit you in an Assisted Living Facility. Sad... I set up all my art there, and had to find another vendor all because I could not see and touch what I would be selling to others.
