ShineOn has amazing products. They have great turnaround times.

I have trouble getting renders to upload and I just made my first sale, and now it won't let me save a card on file to pay for base and shipping costs. When I messaged in the chat, she just said try again later and thank you.

I have been on ShineOn platform for some time and I quite happy using it. It is hassles free and interactive with easy-to-follow steps. I will definitely recommend to others.

First, let me say that my customers' experience with the woven blankets have been very positive - great job! However, the way in which I have to order a sample of items is very cumbersome. It's not as seemless as other apps where I can choose to order a sample without a problem. I haven't used ShineOn that much, but plan to do so, and can provide additional feedback later.

I am so thankful I found ShineOn. The experience thus far has been phenomenal. The agents are very supportive and helpful. I have much to learn, but I am up for the challenge. Thank you for this amazing platform.

Having trouble converting ShineOn Fast to my store so my potential customers can customize products. I've been trying pretty much all day. still is not syncing with my shopify store. I accidentally promoted these products, and no one could customize. I thought that the customer would automatically be able to do after adding products to my store, but this has been an issue. I bought customily but the name necklaces aren't on Customily.

It's a great platform, the only issue I have is with the free marketing tools for your products, namely figuring out how to use the videos for Add Your Own Message Cards on a necklace. I wanted to make a creative for a message card necklace but don't know how or if it is possible to add my message card to it. I love that there are videos otherwise, but there's no descriptions on the files and no youtube tutorial for this side of Shineon. Thank you for your detailed feedback!
