Glitchy. It's fairly straightforward to set up and use and, when it's working well, it's great! But I often have customers receiving an error notice when they try to select a time... they log back in in front of me and suddenly it's working again. I have the same experience when testing it. Sometimes it works, other times I receive an error message. Very frustrating!

Customer service is at the top of my list with any company I choose to do business with. This team has been surprisingly amazing. If this app can accommodate your scheduling needs, I highly recommend them, not just for the product, but for timely, understanding, and courteous client support.

Enjoy the app, wish the free version allowed at least 2 team members. Otherwise it is easy to use, and navigate and our clients seem to enjoy.

Great app, team were very helpful with helping to set the app up and integrate custom changes into the theme.

Its only free for one service and I need a free app that is free for multiple services. I haven't met any business owner who liked this app. Update: they did call me to help me find alternate ap that would work better for my company. They are friendly and very helpful.

Is a very great booking system that i have been using for about a year. The technical team very helpful, they replied message and solved the problem so quickly.

We have used Sesami for over 3 years now. They are always adding to their offerings and their customer support is next level if you ever need a hand with anything they go above and beyond to help you solve it. Also our clients love how easy it is to book a time spot with us, we get so many comments about how its so much easier than a lot of other options out there.

I was so confused downloading this app because I'm new to Shopify. However I was able to schedule a meeting with a team member and they put me on the right path on how to add my services. The team member was so knowledgeable and actually stayed online with me and help me set up my services. This made me so happy! I am super excited to use Sesami for my scheduling services.

I am not satisfied with the time selections. can only book on the hour, can not book on the half hour time frame. I have to cancel at the moment but I will look into again when this change is made. please keep me updated on this feature.

予約のシステムはとても便利でした。施術時間の設定は、各商品メニューページのオプションで、duringの英語しか設定ができないのと、施術時間も1hourなど英語しか設定できない、メールでのリマインダーに、場所の案内が英語しか設定できない点もありましたが、工夫することで対応は可能でした。

The Application Sesami is amazing you just think about any option and the option become reality.. Seems like the application have unlimited options... but more than that the support team provides an outstanding services and with just a blink of eyes your query is resolved.

The support team is amazing!!! the app is very friendly.very easy to work with . there are couple of options to book an appointment. the only thing you have to think about is that you can't have overnight booking .
