The very best booking app on Shopify. End of Story. I want to first personally thank the entire team at Sesami. When we originally sourced a solution to a particular booking service application, we were inundated with so many options it was hard to narrow one down. After reaching out to multiple support from booking applications the only team to personally schedule multiple calls and find a solution for us was Sesami. We are now in the process of launching the exact functionality we need within our unique use case. Most of us are all too familiar with testing multiple applications until we find the perfect fit. Save yourself the time and money and start with Sesami. I would be hard-pressed if you can find a more willing team and company providing the best booking application solutions for your business or company. Excellent customer service! They were very kind and helpful while implementing the new booking service at our business.

I now use Sesami for my sneaker customization business @fuegalab and the Sesami team has been so helpful in assisting customization requests for us. They got right on a call and made changes complimentary for us - extremely helpful. Of the other scheduling apps - I liked Sesami User interface most - and would def recommend it to other workshop creators. Thank you Sesami!!

I had Sesami before and I uninstalled because the app didn't meet an important need that my business had, I downloaded many apps but after a year I had to go back with Sesami... and I can't be more grateful! They worked on options so they can fulfill my company needs, they have done WAY MORE than they had to so I can have all the services and if I keep going I won't stop. if you want an app with excellent customers service dedicated on helping you and your business grow this is the app that you need!

This company prides itself on denying refunds to customers who forgot to cancel their subscriptions. Even if you warn them right after a charge they will hide behind their cancellation policy to not refund you. Shopify even honors a subscription refund so I'm not sure why they think they can do this. Also, they purposely make it impossible to cancel your subscription service unless you ask them to cancel it for you. I see that as disturbing because almost every subscription service has a cancellation option in their app settings. Please refrain from using this service as there are more honorable and reputable booking apps available. The last thing is don't be afraid to use a credit card chargeback to get your money back from this company.

Easy to use and great technical support for when you need assistance. Love the integration with Google Calendar.
