Been experimenting with many different booking add-ons for Shopify. None of them do exactly what I want, but Sesami's is probably the most intuitive, user-friendly, and professional-looking. They've also done a great job responding to all my questions in a timely fashion and suggesting appropriate workarounds for any features they don't have yet. The only feature I'm missing is added flexibility for scheduling my clients' appointment times. Currently it's set up to allow for blocks of time that the client can select from, but it doesn't let my clients set their appointments outside of those pre-set time blocks.

Appointments as products is en elegant and lean solution to enable customers schedule their visit to try our products, especially now with COVID-19 and all the security measures to be implemented. I hope Semsami's approach has a lot of success and we'll see this app flourish into a feature rich yet simple to use tool. It has still some minor quirks, but all workable, so its really more of a 4.5 star rating.

Quick and efficient response to my problem. Friendly chat! The app works well so far. I hope the confirmation response to the client would be more customizable though.

I've tried a lot of different apps for scheduling services with my clients but Sesami has been the best. It works really well, especially with different timezones. Installing it into my theme was easy and didn't break anything, contrary to other apps. Best of the all, the free plan is completely functional, so you're not committing to a system before you know it works. I wish for some small improvements, such as having email notifications in the client's timezone but overall, this is a winner!

Easy to configure, like the user interfaces, the settings are suitable for booking module for any session products.

When I initially started using Sesami I was a bit disappointed because I couldn't figure out how to use the app to sell online classes. But, I contacted customer support and Randy was able to help me sort everything out. He's excellent to work with and it was such a relief to have someone help me set up the most crucial part of my store. Thanks, Randy and Sesami!

This app is simple and works. But what is the real deal sealer for this app is the support. The people/brains behind this app are INCREDIBLE. They are responsive and patience beyond belief. If you're looking for a simple solution to your scheduling needs.. you've found it.

We were looking for an easy solution to take appointments and I seem to have found it. We haven't put it into use yet, but our internal tests give me confidence. Integration was very straight forward. There was a bit of an issue with how the button integrated with my custom theme but I reached out for help and Randy fixed it immediately. Great service!

Love it! Super easy to use and flexible enough for anyone's schedule. The only hang up I had was minor, and I only mention it in case anyone else runs into the problem. Your website must be live in order to see the schedule button. If you're setting this up before making the website live, like I did, don't be confused if you don't see the button.

It's amazing that this app has a free option for one team member to be able to test it in the real world. With more customization options and translations (Greek please?) it will be fantastic! I will be using it heavily as my clients will be booking their repairs through the app.

I have been really impressed with the whole team at Sesami. They have been extremely supportive throughout the whole process. It's the only system that is flexible enough to allow my tricky process to be developed and brought to life. I can't reccomend this app enough.

Great support in getting this to work within my Shopify theme. My problem was handled so quickly, such a great service.

Reasonably simple to set up. I really like that we can designate the specific available appointment windows by hours, days and date. A much much easier interface for setting up and managing than BookThatApp, which we used for several years.

Great app, met a simple booking need our store has. Very simple to setup, took me about 15 mins to install configure and start promoting our service.

Love this app! Wanted to be able to book live video shopping appointments, it works perfectly!! Super fast customer service too. Definitely recommend.

It took a little work by the Sesami team to get the app installed on our very customized theme, but they were more than helpful and got everything running smoothly in only a couple of days. Just starting to use the app, but so far it seems like it will do exactly what we were looking for it to do. Thanks Sesami!
