Sesami is by far the best app for appointments that I have used: it works in a very clever and intuitive way; it is very easy to install and set up. I had a problem with one aspect and customer service was excellent, it was solved within a day and now all aspects of it work perfectly. I would recomment paying for the level above free, it is great value for money and has been worth it for the increased business

Nice idea and implementation with shopify, but it is still missing some features for booking services.

Shopping appointments are 60 minutes(the only way to set this up to have time to clean in between. Tried 45 minute variant but that gave us no time) and are every hour, on the hour, yet someone was able to book an appointment at 3:30, thus wiping out the 3-4 and 4-5 time slot. We have limited hours due to COVID-19 restrictions and we have now lost an appointment. I need to know how to fix this issue asap. I have submitted 2 support tickets with no response. Almost 72 hours later and still no response.

I used Sesami for booking day-of rentals pre-covid to reduce the amount of administrative work for me.

is not really helpful for a hairdresser salon i need you to call me please and work it out in better condition to use those app for my business

I use this app to help me book coaching lessons. I love how easy it is to use and simply Shopify has made it for everyone. For the price and the abilities to make your business function in a systematic way- you just CAN'T BEAT IT!

Very informative setup and fairly straightforward. Have yet to fully test it. The only thing is it processes an order each time an appointment is booked which is slightly confusing amongst all my products being sold too. It's great how it syncs to my Google calendar and books off the times I have booked in my calendar already.

what a great App, and even better customer service. Randy helped me with an issue my theme was throwing up. He took the time not only to fix it instantly but to do a video message to show me exactly what he did and answer my other questions. This is how you do customer service ***** Five Star

We are using Sesami for scheduling private appointments at the shop just to test it. We'll be adding classes in the fall. There was a glitch while installing due to the custom theme we're using but they resolved it within 12 hours of receiving the email. They also provided detailed instructions on a video so that I could understand what happened, and how the problem was resolved.

This app was great for scheduling customer shopping appointments during our first phase of reopening after COVID. It was easy to use, quick to setup & worked great for what we needed. We were very happy with the app & would recommend to other stores looking for a scheduling tool.

This helps me keep more organized with clients I love it. I am able to not go over with appointments and clients can set their own appointments so I won’t have the what’s your schedule look like conversation

This app is perfect for us to manage both free & paid appointments for our physical retail store. It's really easy to use and integrates perfectly with our Shopify Store (Sesami kindly offered a free installation service for our custom theme) - it also works with Shopify POS which is a great bonus, highly recommended!

The best app you need for service based products! This is the complete package with scheduling and everything you need.

So far so good with this app. We've only begun to use it so will report back. However, the customer service has been excellent in getting us set up and on track. Hoping to give it a 5 star in the near future.
