UPDATE!! BEWARE!!! The review below is from my client whose site I installed the Sesami App in. This is from me, her web developer. Not only was this a terrible experience to install the Sesami app only to find out that one cannot in any normal way reschedule the appointment for the customer. To do it normally you have to refund the client and then charge them again. Owner says he is working on the feature to allow rescheduling but it is not on the horizon yet at all. He has some lame workaround no one would want to deal with. In my opinion, he shouldn't even have his app listed without a rescheduling feature and he has managed to get to the top of the booking apps fooling Shopify customers. WORST PROBLEM!!! It cost my client about $300+ of my time to install and uninstall. I asked owner to please cancel and not charge my client, yet today my client was charged $19.99 for an app the owner clearly knows she is not using and promised to cancel the payments for.... To make matters worse... as I write this I have been sitting first on hold via phone for 25 minutes with Shopify and now giving up on the phone almost 40 minutes with Shopify's customer service chat and I still haven't gotten this fixed. Hopefully, within the next half hour, someone at Shopify can stop my client from continuing to be charged and refund her $19.99. --------->>> I used the app to help with booking appointments - but it has no way to cancel or re-schedule. Very unhappy experience - so cancelling. The release is pre-mature.

This ap is great, shopify doesnt have tooooo many features for selling services and this ap lets clients browse my calendar and select their desired time which is great. It then blocks that time slot out so that i cant be double booked, perfect! Good chat support too, thanks for everything Ehsan!

I've only just started using shopify as a website builder for a new business venture. I wanted something I could use to allow my customers to book a service through the website, instead of emailing me directly for appointments. It is very straight forward to use both on the merchant and customer end. I've been using this for almost 3 months now without any issues, I would definitely recommend this to small business owners.

We use the Sesami app to do all our services, appointment bookings etc in our gym and online supplement shop. If we have any issues or questions the help Sesami offers is absolutely the best, fast and efficient. We do recommend Sesami as one of the very best apps available. I love this App and the support that comes with it - once you've understood the logic (which is pretty simple) it's easy to use and VERY pretty

I downloaded the free plan and was really pleased with the easy setup (followed the step by step instructions). Had our first booking online within a couple days of implementation. I had one concern about updating the calendar for a specific appointment that wasn't part of our normal hours and received a quick reply with instructions on how to accomplish this.

Sensational product and support when the code needed a minor tweak. They went above and beyond and fixed quickly!

Amazing app and even better customer service. All my enquires was responded to within 24 hours. I had some issues installing the booking button on the pages so the Sesami developers helped me fixed this along with some customisation based on my site. Very happy with the result!

We use Sesami as our booking platform and absolutely love it! It's very easy to use on the admin side and customer side! I recently had some support I needed, and their team was able to find me a solution almost immediately! Thanks Sesami!!

This app is great and the customer service is very helpful! It seems as though this is new and still has a few bugs to work out as well as new features to add in the future but it's a great solution for small businesses on a budget!

Giving 4 stars-up, thought there would be more offered for 20/month, but it is simple and clean to use. However, for the small business option, you can only offer full hours with no breaks. For instance 9 to 5, but I can't schedule time away from those hours. Would think for 20/month you'd have this function. Just started using it though.

Exactly the kind of app I was looking for. Not only is it simple to use the support team are absolutely wonderful. I had an issue with the app syncing with my premium theme, jumped on to ask for assistance and they went above and beyond to rectify the issue. They were also polite, informative and very prompt with their communication. Highly recommend the app and commend the team for their outstanding customer service.

I love that this app provides a more seamless on-site appointment booking experience that is integrated into my Shopify store, orders and payments infrastructure. Exactly what I was looking for!! The setup was a little time consuming and it could use some more added features and functionality.

I've seen other booking apps, tried to use them - always so ever complicated! Wow - Sesami is super fabulous, easy to implement immediately and worth every cent. Took but moments to get it up and running. As I was just starting to use it, I had some minor issues on the location of the booking button appearing on my paid Shopify theme. After reviewing their really good help section, I still needed a bit of assistance, Ratmin from the live chat to the rescue! She immediately responded, and then easily fixed my issues in moments flat. Friendly and ever so diligent customer service that really cares! I am super happy I grabbed this app. I can finally offer my clients easy and instant access to my availability to book their sessions with me without missing a chance to sell my products. Thank you Ratmin & Sesami! I will be recommending this to my tribe for sure!

Great functionality on this app, even on their free plan. We don't book appointments often, so their free plan was the perfect solution. It integrated seamlessly with our product pages, but required a bit of adjustments in order to be completely compatible with our store's custom theme. Their support team was diligent in doing this integration for us within 24 hours, and was extremely kind and helpful with all of our questions.

Not only is this a great App to help customers book my service, But the customer service is amazing! They helped me every step of the way. I am very happy that I decided to use this app for my store. I highly recommend if you are looking for a booking service. 5 stars!

This app is okay. It gets the job done to get appointments booked but it’s not as efficient as other booking sites I’ve used. Also, I wish I could add deposits to each appointment booked. This app doesn’t make the price worthwhile. Maybe $9 a month would be more of a fair trade off because the app literally only allows you to book appointments. There’s nothing unique about connecting a calendar to Shopify in my opinion

Very easy to setup. Now my customers can make an appointment in our warehouse and I can provide a click&collect solution to them. PS: The possibility to add an appointment in the checkout section could be useful too. To be absolutly perfect and for getting 5 Stars, Sesami should be available in German too! But anyway - well done!
