A great app, with fast service and smart functions. Really like it. There is a lot possible, you can customise your track and trace e-mails and send labels.

Really easy to use!! Almost everything goes automatically!! Just one click and the shippinglabels come out of my labelprinter! I really like that I can customize the track and trace emails and the trace and trace page for the customer. Only thing I don’t like that much is that I can’t contact clientsupport by phone. Maybe something for sendcloud to improve! Other than that, really great app!!

Sendcloud is a great platform to send all your order. It is easy to use and has a great integration with Shopify. This helps speeding up your proces. You get instant Track & Trace codes and it send confirmation E-mails to your costumers.

Facile d'accès et bonne intégration, faire attention aux mots clés pour vos modes de livraison, sinon la commande ne se transfère pas (pour la livraison en point relais)

Very happy with the service of Sendcloud. The app is really a asset to our webshop. Quick response from helpdesk incase you have questions.

I use SendCloud since seven months. While the app is relatively easy to use there are ongoing bugs which are not being resolved. Since months there are issues with Packstationen and Paketshops. They are either not available in the app (even so they definitely exist) or the they can be selected but then the app records an error. Annoying. The customer service is friendly but not very responsive or solution oriented. Typically you don't get a status update for longer term issues. All in all, good start but not happy anymore.

We gebruiken SendCloud om onze pakketjes te versturen. Zeer tevreden van. Bespaart ons telkens minstens 10 minuten en bij problemen is er steeds een persoonlijk contact die de zaken enorm snel kan rechtzetten. Zeer tevreden van!

Handige tool voor webpakketjes verzending. Mag nog iets meer pro activiteit bijv over tarieven - automatisch aangepast? Tool die zegt - nog zoveel extra verzendingen per maand dan betere tarieven oid. Klachtenprocedure als pakketje vermist wordt is online nog niet handig genoeg.

Super solution ! je l'utilise depuis le début et je gagne beaucoup de temps pour la préparation de mes commandes.

J'adore cette applicaton! Elle nous a permis de gagner énormemant de temps en imprimant nous même nos étiquettes ! Je recommande vivement si vous voulez industrialiser votre processus de livraison !

Makkelijk om te installeren met een geintegreerde koppeling voor shopify. Bij problemen werd ik ook goed geholpen en werd het probleem opgelost. Deze app maakt het versturen van pakketjes een stuk makkelijker en sneller. Alleen jammer dat brievenbuspakketjes niet automatisch geretourneerd kunnen worden met een brievenbuspakketje via het retourportaal.

Ben je net zoals onze webshop te klein voor het tafellaken maar inmiddels te groot voor het servet? Dan is een samenwerking met SendCloud ideaal. Een koppeling met Magento, WooCommerce of Shopify is zo geregeld. Hierdoor wordt een groot deel van het verzenden uit handen genomen en verkeerd overnemen van verzendinformatie is verleden tijd. Daarnaast is verzenden met SendCloud ook nog eens voordeliger dan rechtstreeks met bijvoorbeeld PostNL. Kortom een aanrader!

Setup in a few minutes and helps me buy time to actually fullfil my orders. Great customer support and cheapest Bpost labels. Strongly recommend!

It works, but I hope they integrate a better shipping option for the standard shopify plan. It is still a lot of work manually.

I like the sendcloud app A LOT. For me it is a LIVE SAVER: it is so easy in use, very very happy that this exists! And when I have a question there is always somebody of the SendCloud team to help.

Super handige tool om je bestellingen snel en eenvoudig te verwerken. Wat de communicatie betreft waren er wat obstakels maar het gaat steeds beter. Ga zo door.
