We initially purchased conversio because of the reviews - however, after finding it very hard to use and super frustrating we decided to try Seguno. What a breath of fresh air!! Its super easy, intuitive and there appears to be some good functionality that follows the structure of the shopify admin. Love it.

Really liking this app so far, very intuitive with common sense templates and easy integration. Best bang for the buck!

This app removes contacts that have signed up to email marketing, it doesn't remove invalid or spam emails. It states that it checks them but after testing this it doesn't. Personally wouldn't waste your time with this app.

Awesome I am so in love with how easy it is to use. The fact that it is inside of Shopify makes if time efficient for me to get my emails done

I've had nothing but a great experience with this app and its support. Great alternative to MailChimp. Support is fast, patient and professional. The only star left to earn is notification when a new customer signs up to the store. Otherwise, great app.

It makes sending out emails to my clients easy and quick. I was paying monthly for service that I really was not using. I appreciate that the app is wrapped into shopify so I do not have to be jumping from app to app.

Update: I decided to change my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars because every time I use the app it works perfectly, which is not my experience with the two other apps I've since installed. I use Safari, which developers everywhere seem to neglect (not just on Shopify), so it's a relief not to deal with issues or to be forced to switch browsers to use it. I'm still setting up my store, so at this point the only emails I've sent out are the automated "Welcome" emails for new subscribers. However, I've set up the rest of my automated messages, and I love how easy it is to customize them. Also, using this email app inside Shopify is a real time-saver because you have instant access to all your product images, collections, blog posts, etc., so you can build an email really quickly and easily. I also think that being able to easily connect data about subscribers with their purchases will be helpful. Although Seguno isn't as full-featured at this point as email providers like Drip or Klaviyo (which is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5), in the few months since I installed the app they've already improved existing features and added a few more. The team at Seguno is also really helpful and interested in feedback about what features users want. And in my opinion, the subscriber price is the most reasonable that I've seen, especially when you're starting out with a low budget. (First 250 subscribers free, $10/month per 1000 subscribers after that.) I feel confident that Seguno will eventually rival services like Drip and Klaviyo in functionality. So if you're looking for an email provider, I highly recommend you try out Seguno.

I love Seguno! It's keeping my email marketing inside of Shopify I don't have to login to another website. Also the email composer is similar to how you work with a theme. Their additional app for banners and email collectors is really a great addition.

Takes forever to set up. Never made it past the "account review" process which apparently takes almost a month and a follow up email to them to happen.

They do a lot of questions just to install an app! And also 3 days of waiting for a response. Thanks but I just got uninstalled the app and installed another one.

Very easy to use. Maybe a a little bit expensive, they should be a little bit generous in the free plan for the number of subscribers.

I love this app, it's just perfect. It doesn't have any "super wow" function but it does exactly what i need and it is very easy to setup and use. Staying in contact with my customers keep them updated it's not a problem anymore. I strongly suggest this app if you are looking for a newsletter tool.

I use this app to help me contact my subscribers. I just started and find it easy to use. I'm very pleased. I was using another app. But it does not deliver like this app. So glad I found it!

Really recommended. Free. Easy to use, and has made me a lot of sales. Nothing bad about this. The only bad thing is that in free terms don't offer too much personalization but nothing to worry about.

Good app and I’m happy they listen, but there is space for improvement: - unique discount code expiry should be customizable from few hours to few weeks, for now it’s fixed 7 days, which is too long for abandoned checkout email (few hours would be better here); - abandoned cart email series would be more beneficial than one remainder email - this would allow to send reminder without promo code first, and second one with promo code if first one didn’t work. Hope you’ll incorporate the above asap and thank you.
