I was using mailchimp for my newsletter and blog notifications but I switched to Seguno and I am glad I did. Way easier for me to use and I like the overall interface better. Looks better to me too, so all in all a very good choice. Good support too which to me is very important.

Makes email marketing a breeze. I tried a lot of other apps, didn't like any of them. This one is so simple even beginners can use it to start marketing to their subscribers.

This app has generated a lot of money for my small business. It gives us a very nice professional image. I contact the company regarding questions they responded promptly and help me set everything up. I definitely recommend this if you want professional looking emails going out to your customers!!

We recently switched to Seguno. So far, I have been very pleased with it's performance. I love how integrated it is with Shopify. Super easy to use! Their support was responsive and helpful the one time I had an issue as well.

I would give it 5 stars If I know all of Seguno features, but I definitely will get into all of the services has offered. I have been reaching out to Seguno team many times, and there has been pretty good communication.

Very bad service. I used their service but account got flagged with no reason. I tried to contact for many times but they simply don't reply. Never use this App. It's a waist of time!

I originally downloaded this app, to help me put together e-mail marketing. The templates and customization is REALLY easy to use. Very user friendly! I have used this for all of my scheduled newsletters and all of my automated e-mails. You can use this app for cart abandonment, new purchases, repeat customers, lapsed customers, welcome, coming soon, discount reminders. It truly is very useful. It also provides you with reports, so you can see how it is performing and how your customers are reacting. I like that I can see which of my customers, has clicked on the e-mails and are engaging. Shopify marketing tracks how many of these e-mails leads to sales. My shop is new, and I have made $400 in sales in just a couple of months of using Seguno. I'm very happy with the customer service and quality of this program.

Just installed the app after looking for a simpler and more cost-effective solution to Mailchimp. Love that this app is ll configured from within Shopify makes life much easier. Sent one newsletter so far and looking forward ti using moving forward. Would be great to have the option to delete any newsletters that you ended up not sending to keep the newsletter list tidy.

I used this app to create my first email campaign. I like how easy it was. very productive and relevant email.

I love it! I'm still learning how to use it with selecting who gets specific newsletters. It has a professional feel and quality to the newsletters. It's a winner!

I got this app when mailchimp and shopify broke up. I didn't use it much at first but now I'm learning how much it does! Now I actually love it much more than mailchimp because it is sooooo integrated with my shop. Making my marketing efforts much easier. Love it!

Great App so far! Upon importing my MailChimp list, Seguno cleaned many spam email addresses. They have tight control of emails that are a waste of your precious resources and time. Good to know the accurate size of my list.

Update: I see now how to change the text, thank you! I've since used it for a couple campaigns, and it really has been a breeze to use. I also love being able to see the reports, and who interacted most with the newsletters. I love that the app is easy to use and seems to be well laid out. I do wish there was a way to add a text box "section" to a newsletter (unless it's there and I missed it?). Thanks!

The app does do what it says BUT it does not offer segmentation or anything else that mailchimp does. Unfortunately, klaviyo which DOES offer segmentation and other features is out of my reach however at some point, unless this app catches up with the needs of e-commerce owners, I will end up leaving Seguno.

Acabo de empezar a usarla, llevo unas horas pero me parece muy util y completa. Tengo algún problema con las traducciones que seguramente me puedan solucionar el equipo sin demasiado problema.

This app is great easy to use i recommend this app, have tried other apps not happy this is the best app so far.
