I have tried a few email marketing apps and this one is the most user friendly and has a great support team.

I looked and compared many options (probably too much)! I wanted an app that was fully integrated and easy to use, I did not want to spend hours learning. As soon as I attended the webinar offered by Seguno after installation, I knew I made the right choice. If you know how to use Shopify, you know how to use this app. I wish all developers offered a webinar after installation- great help, could not be happier.

This app works really well. Excellent customer service with a prompt response. I'm still learning who to use it, but generally speaking its very good!

Awesome app with so many options and easy to use / figure out! For more more technical questions, and the customer service is exquisite. They get back to you almost immediately and are extremely clear and provide you with links directly to solve your problem etc. Great app, great developers!

Easy to use, great for keeping track of the mailing list! Setting up campaigns is very straight forward and support is fast.

Ottima prodotto, facile da utilizzare ed immediato. Inoltre è possibile tradurre le varie parti compresi i tasti autonomamente in qualsiasi lingua.

there are more advanced mail apps out there - but if you like it simple and quick - this is a simple way to reach all your subscribers quickly - without having to do much editing or thinking of targets etc - if you do want to be more specific I suggest using another programme in conjunction with this

I used this app to create my first newsletter and many more to come. I really enjoy the simplicity and that it is integrated so well into Shopify. Very easy to use and like the visual look! Highly recommend!

I could do the setup plus the first newsletter in only a few hours! Very nice :) It would be amazing if you could deliver already a translated app in German, or at least a few pre-translations - as I spend most of my time on translating. You could ask your customers if some of them are willing to share their translations (I would do for sure) with crowd-help the translation would be done in no time.

All around good. They dont have simple triggers like, "if people buy from this collection...send x email", "if people buy this product send automation y". Its all with tagging the customer so it taaaaaaaaaaaaaakes forever to accomplish something.

Amazing! Way better than the other 4 apps I tried. Tried Mailchimp on it's own and it wasn't as modified for Shopify as I would like

This is all i ever wanted. Highly simple to work with! Of all my email marketing App search, "Seguno" is simply the best! Words are just not enough to describe this. i am using this app in my shopify store, its free for 250 subscribers that helps if you are at the debut. Easy to use i really recomend

This app is perfect for all my email marketing needs. It is very easy to use. Many of the features built into Shopify that require coding can be done using this app. I couldn't be happier with this app. I can now easily communicate with my customers.

Really easy to use. Been using alternatives in the past but I'm changing all my stores so Seguno now. Way easier to use and still powerful tools when needed. It's easy to translate the templates to other language, i sell in another language and that was of great help.

I had to used this app for a few months now. We get excited every time we make a new newsletter. Sales have been great! Would like to know how to tie our social marketing in the newsletter.
