This app is great! I enjoy this app so much! It helps with keeping in contact with my customers and potential customers.

I use the app to stay in touch with customers, and I really like their Shopify integration. It works great, it's intuitive to use and I haven't had anything go wrong. I would love to see an automated welcome series that's about it!

Works great. Good control and easy to use to get a great branded look. Could use some more alternatives to text sizes, and a little complicated to segment customers. But overall my best choice as a startup.

I would be missing an automated welcome series. But to be completely honest I´ve just started out and am still trying to find my way around. Maybe further on I can write a better review :) I love that you can access it directly from the shopify backend, thats awesome!

Very good , is helping me a lot on my store . The newsletter are very easy to do and effective . You can play around with colours and images . I recommend

I had tried several other newsletter apps and Seguno is my favorite. Totally worth the cost for the customization and easy to set up in Shopify with!

It's one easy app to use, and it has honestly worked for me in the best ways possible. Top-notch for sure. Plus, Customer support is excellent. Great job Seguno. I am only pacing out that they don't do an update that will make me leave them because I never want to. So please, keep it this way and keep it consistent. Great app. Great app, Great app.

Great application, helping me to do a lot of tasks: from newsletter to automations. And the app provide as well great reports that you can use for improving sales activity. Highly recommend to pay for their great services !(not to mention also great support helping services)

Love the app, super convenient and easy to use. Only thing i wish it were easier to go to the previous screen without it bringing me out of what I’m working on but at least it saves all your work. Thank you!

This app is useful and easy to use! Our favorite part is that their email automations are very simple and straightforward. They also have some other helpful feature like product review and customer profiles. They keep the app up to date. Additionally, Seguno has incredible customer service. Probably one of the best we have seen from a business. We usually get a response within the same day. Thank you.

I'm new to this, but have shopify, love the integration. There's so much noise in this area right now, Seguno is easier for me to get to grips with. Took me a long time to handle shopify and getting better with graphics. Great Webinar thankyou

Great templates for newsletters, automated welcome letters, and individualized discount codes. Probably one of the most helpful apps on the app store.

I like the app and how it easy it is. It takes me about five minutes to craft an effective email when it honestly took hours with MailChimp. The web seminar was really helpful as well. I look forward to exploring this app more

Seguno is by far the BEST Email App available and we have tried them all. This trial and error began after Mailchimp stopped integration with Shopify Plus. I've been able to receive double the open rate, than any other email app, we found this critical to our conversion rates, etc., including abandoned cart emails, etc., It's built in/integrated with Shopify and this brings sophisticated simplicity. If you know how to use Shopify, Seguno mirrors this, by being integrated and built in to the Shopify Platform. They are great people, trustworthy, kind, helpful, I could literally go on and on.....Just Do It, you will be glad you did....like us!!

I began using Seguno Email Marketing and Dynamic Banner when MailChimp no longer integrated with Shopify. While I thought the switch would be complicated, it was quite easy. Seguno pulls your Shopify theme into the email template to speed up the set-up process. Love that I can quickly grab products, a specific collection, let Seguno show recommended products, incorporate discount options and much more into my email with a 'click of the button'. In addition, the integration with email addresses and that management happens seamlessly which is another timesaver. The few times I have encountered a problem, the support staff is incredible at getting back with the needed fix....often times in the same day! WHOA....that is customer service at its best!
