Update on 26 March. I can't rate this brand high enough! The are always adding more value to the app and the teaching sessions are just brilliant! They have really helped me understand email marketing. Thank you! Really easy to use app and creates professional looking emails, even if you are not the most savvy at creating them like me. I really enjoyed the email marketing masterclass you put on. Such great value there. I listened to one of your email masterclasses, which had so much useful content to put into practice. I will be upgrading to take advantage of the other features.

I cannot recommend Seguno enough. Tag based emails, product specific emails, automation flows - everything is fantastic. On top of that, they are always adding new features - I look forward to each of their product update videos. Seriously, if you're looking for something that works out of the box, looks great, and is easy to use - this is the one. Thank you Seguno! ❤️

Worth it so far. I decided to try Seguno because I knew that Kit was no longer going to be supported after March 31, 2020. I sent my first newsletter email about two hours ago, and received an order from one of my subscribers within hour. Happy so far and recommend trying it through the trial period at least!

Love the app. First time using the support service and it was great. Cameron was my allocated agent and he was very helpful and polite which just amplified my experience. Seguno for the win!

I was on MailChimp, but switched to Shopify Mail when it came out. Unfortunately, there are still a lot of enhancements needed before that is a viable solution. So I looked for another alternative, and found Segundo. This was a great find! Seamless integration so the look and feel of my emails follow my store's theme. Super easy to use automations and newsletters that allow me to very quickly interact at scale with my subscribers. Two items I am looking forward to in terms of additional capabilities: 1) full Shopify library integration so I do not have to reload images 2) quick and easy landing pages to capture upcoming product interest (email submission that can be auto tagged so I can keep this audience separate) After 3+ months I am very happy with this offering. I have reached out to Support a couple times and they have been fantastic to work with. Keep it up folks!

I love this app! They have done a great job of templating and streamlining the process of sending emails and automations and they offer a lot of really valuable learning opportunities and support. Highly, highly recommended!

I got this app as I needed a new thank you email automation as Kit is stopping. It seems ok so far. I haven't activated the automations yet as at the moment it will only send to subscribers not all customers who place an order as like Kit does. Newsletter section seems ok as well. Will see how I get on with it over time.

I use this app to send newsletters during the holidays and special events. I LOVE the templates they carry to choose from. I have the free version so I have to pay for the templates but they're super inexpensive and well worth it!

I’ve only just began using this app but for someone new to websites and apps, this has been brilliant. Super straightforward to use- I’m really pleased with it. Their customer service is great- I reached out to them with a question and they replied quickly, professionally and were really helpful. I’d highly recommend this app.

I was searching for ages to find the right email marketing platform that fit my needs, because all the other were so complicated and expensive! Seguno was very easy to use and connected to my store seamlessly! I enjoyed how you can get their banner app for FREE once you are user of Seguno. They have fantastic live and friendly support too. Excellent! This app is so functional and easy to use. The customer support team is absolutely awesome. They put together Q&A conference meetings with the users and are great. Brian and the team are awesome!

It's a great app. But does not update your subscription email list. They asked me if my customers opp for email marketing? I have 1500 customers that did noy get updated to their app when added to my store via csv file. my customers now from 1754, to 3000 don't get emails. So I have to update weekly on Shopify. So keep on top of these in Shopify!!! It's a lot of work.

Works exactly for how I need it to. Some great options to choose from, as well as editing everything to match my store. 5/5 stars

So far, awesome. I seriously struggled with creating newsletters until this app. So easy! And the user interface is just like the Shopify backend so it's not a whole new platform to learn. And it's free for a new biz like me! Perfect!

If i could rate Seguno 10 stars i would! Honestly i have been looking for an app like Seguno, this app will help my business develop as it has the options to match my store theme, it's also super easy to use, it has saved me time and money on automated emails too! I am proud to say that i have just started the trial because i know this is the right app!

The best app for email if you have Shopify. Just dump MailChimp and use this if you aren't already. Given 1 star less because of the reliance on Shopify for customer segmentation. Just need power-up that segmentation a bit.

Great team, great service, great solution. I love how they don't compromise your address book. They enhance shopify rather than try and create a seperate platform. BE sure to sign up to their regular marketing classes - you will be sure to pickup some great tips to improve your email marketing.

Amazing app for email, everything is laid out clearly and easily & has great features for connecting with our customers!

First off, I am not very marketing nor internet savvy: I am so HAPPY with Seguno! Their ease of use is incredible, and their analytics are crazy good. I am just starting out and have very little time for this stuff, but they make it so easy and I am kind of kicking butt. And if I have a question, customer service is top notch. Super happy with Seguno, and when I reach 250 subscribers, I will HAPPILY pay the tiny monthly fee.
