I've been using Seguno for nearly two years and it always, always amazes me just how responsive and insightful Team Seguno truly is! Every time a webinar is offered, I clear my calendar to attend live and the most recent webinar was inspiring with visual samples and ways to engage our customers while providing value within newsletters. I love the templates and marketing guides provided by Team Seguno! Can't tell I'm kinda 'sweet' on Team Seguno ... well, this is the best, IMHO, email app for Shopify, built for Shopify.

Seguno saves my life when it comes to email marketing. I've been using the app for years, and I love the support and resources they provide. Seguno helps me to take one of my many entrepreneur hats off and automate tasks for email marketing.

Edited/Updated: Had to come back just to again say how amazing this app and team are. The amount of work they do plus the support they give to their users is incredible. When I started using the app, I was very new to marketing, and through all of their resources and help, we have been able to grow our subscriber list and increase sales! I definitely recommend Seguno. One of the best apps and teams on the Shopify Apps store hands down! Easy to use, amazing team, and just a great user experience! They are very focused on helping make sure you can succeed with their app and offer tons of help to do so, including webinars that discuss marketing tips and tricks! Plus, I love that it integrates with Canva and saves me a step of importing my designs into my email! Very much recommend this app!

The email marketing app is simple and great. Automations are good for small businesses. The only issue I have - the subscriber limits for Newsletters between tiers should be higher so it does tend to become a little expensive as the limit for each tier is reached quickly. Though this is only for the Newsletters, I believe. I am also using he POP Ups and they are great and with the email marketing app, they are at $10 per month with no limits. Also, customer service is pretty good and quick.

I have used at least 4 different email apps and Seguno is the one I chose to subscribe. The features are great, of course, but the customer service WORKS!!! And that’s what you need. As someone who wears all the hats in my business, I need to know that I can rely on FAST and OUTSTANDING service anytime I need it. Today Cameron helped me installing my landing page and tripwire. It’s been a quest! 3 email providers, 1 Shopify expert… and with few clicks I was able to do it with Seguno and Cameron confirmed that it was working, as I couldn’t sign up from my computer anymore. Now I can go back to do my job Thank you!

Christina was the staff member who assisted me. Her directions (both written and visual) were easy to follow and precise. I was able to rectify the trouble quickly and easily. The response time in answering my help ticket was also exceptional. No issues here!

After struggling with 4 different email services for the past 7 years, thinking the whole time that it doesn't need to be this hard or complex...at last there is Seguno! The ease I always imagined. The simplicity and power together giving me exactly what I need with my Shopify store. It works, it is intuitive, and I am happy. Thank you to the Seguno team for making a quality product and supporting it. I have been a loyal customer of Seguno since 2019 and I must say that their marketing service is exceptional. What's even more impressive is their customer support, which is top-notch. Their app is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, especially for beginners who are just starting out with email marketing. They offer a wide range of customization options, templates, and advice, which are all readily available on the dashboard. Since I started using Seguno for email marketing, I have noticed a significant increase in my sales. In the four years that I have been a customer, I have never experienced any issues with the app's functionality. However, I recently had a billing issue and I reached out to Seguno for assistance. They promptly worked with Shopify to resolve the issue. Overall, I highly recommend Seguno to anyone looking for a reliable and effective marketing service with incredible support.

Not only is this app sooooo much better than the shopify native email application, but the customer service that comes with it is outstanding!! These guys will equip you with the very best technology to do the job, and if you don't feel fully confident using it, they'll take the time to set you up and show you how. I still don't love doing my email marketing, but thankfully, we are setting up automations, and using now lots of creative features to keep the emails feeling fresh and not too repetitive.
