I'm very excited to start using this app on my just launched store. Setup is very simple and Abbie made it a breeze. She responded almost instantly and was very patient answering my many questions. With competition stronger than ever this is the key for repeat customers!!

I have been using this app to reward customers and drive traffic during slow days and it works flawlessly! I have been able to convert abandonned carts and increase the cart value, I estimate I've sold 5K more in 2021 thanks to this app. Love it, love it, love it.

I've only downloaded it today (after a lot of research) and I have started setting it up, but so far everything seems great! It is easy to use, the customer support is very helpful and fast, and I really like the customer interface too!

The live chat option is really great - they are super responsive and troubleshoot quickly. The app overall is really easy to use and easy for our customers too! The free option is fantastic, I can only imagine what the paid version is like. Thanks Rivo!!

Always reassuring when customer support is readily available. Will dig in deeper to use all of the apps marketing features. I think they know that our growth is directly tied to their growth so it is in their best interest to create software that works.

This app is fantastic! Setting up the loyalty rewards and points is a great way to build gain customers and the customer service from Rivo cannot be beat! I use 9 of their apps at the moment and love them all! Rivo is helping me grow business and all of it at a really affordable price or free. As a new business, they are truly essential.
