I've looked at lots of loyalty plugins, but this one stands out for flexibility and value. Very impressed with the support given by this company, they solved many problems that I was not able to resolve with other apps and it feels like I'm only scratching the surface of what is possible.

Thanks to you, Abbie! The app itself is amazing and I love how there is a free option since my business is so small for now. I especially love the support provided by the staff. The app was blocking our BBB Accredited Business flyout. Lance moved it to the other side of our website. It looks great!

Recently I started working with Rivo and i really like it, easy to get started through a free plan with all you need to begin engaging customers and with translation options which i was looking for

On the one hand, it's nice to be able to offer customers a reward system and, at the same time, to have an overview of how many customers decide to buy as a result. In addition, there is a very fast support for questions and other concerns. Great Support and worked perfect at my store, thanks!
