I use this app for my loyalty program! I love that I can ask a question any time of day and they are there to help.

So far, it's working the way I'd like it to. I haven't opened my store to the public yet so I can't review on how customers have felt about it. Will update with time!

I needed to verify my store, Lance chatted with me and was able to verify in less than 10 minutes. I also had a question about customer redeeming their points and he was also able to send a very helpful guide to make sure we have everything that our customers need.

Easy to use and install app. Looks great on the site and add another way to add customer interaction.

I just started using this app and it's great so far. It has everything I'm looking for. The tech support is GREAT. Almost instant and they know what they're doing.

This is a great app and I only have the basic plan. The customer service is quick and helpful! Lance was especially helpful!

I used this app to set up the loyalty program on my website, it's easy to install, user-friendly and it worked perfectly right away. The technical support for verifying the website was quick and friendly, even suggested some improvements I could do and they offer support 24/7. A very good overall experience!

Einfache Installation aber selbsterklärend. Aufwändig ist nur die Texte auf Deutsch zu hinterlegen. Sehr guter Support.
