AMAZING support from the Rivo team. I am a bit of a slow learner when it comes to technology and the Rivo team were ever so patient with me helping me get set up. They also double checked my set up to make sure i had done it right and made suggestions for best practice using the app. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I just installed the app and getting to know all the features and so far I like it, the only thing I could mention that was not great so far was that not all of my customers in my store were shown as members and will now have to invite individually. Pretty easy to navigate, extremely helpful customer service, Jel was very pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to help. I will give the app a chance to see if it is all that I need. I contacted Chat with a question and Paul was there to help! Paul was very professional, He genuinely wanted to help and was very efficient. Thank you!

The app is exactly what I was looking for. I love how clever and easy it is but the best part has been definitely the customer service. The support staff is absolutely amazing. Arianne was extremely nice and she has been a huge help with all of my questions. Her professionalism and willingness to think outside of the box to help us navigate implementation issues goes above and beyond anything I expected. I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a great rewards program for their business. Definitely a stellar support experience!

Well, first off, the features of this module are well made, work great and the free plan offers more than you need to get your business up to speed. Plus, whenever you need something more, all you need to do is chat with the customer service and they'll happily unlock extra features for you. It's all I need and I'm sure it will help my business grow, which in turn will make me very willing to pay for premium features. That's a job well done, guys, right here!
