i used this application to help me increase sales, i think that this application is useful for every shop

I really like this app, I am able to customize it to the colors that suit my store. I am able to offer my customers discounts and coupons and offer points for things like birthdays.

i just started using this app .the customer care is incredible otherwise cant say more about because of the lack of experience.What annoys me though is that i have to type a minimum of 100 characters for my review

I didn't do 5 stars because I'm new to the app and having minor teething issues but finding the customer support very responsive and helpful so definitely give this app a go if you're looking for a reward program addon

It would be cool to have automatic rewards added for specific product purchases. Overall it is a great app.

I downloaded Rivo and found it to be the best loyalty app so far. The interface is clean, the customer support is super nice!! and I like how it's not as overwhelming as other apps I've tried. It syncs seamlessly with my store and just makes life a lot simpler. Thank you Rivo!

It is a good app and easy to use. It is pretty and user friendly, however it is not translatable in one language OR another, so if you need two languages, you have to show them both at the same time.

Really good rewards system and good customer support. Enough in the free tier to get us started and going for a while.

The app is full featured and it is very easy to setup a loyalty and rewards program using the app. Customer service is also very good.

Super helpful to put up a full working loyalty & reward program in the shop and also quick support. It just seems not possible to translate all of the texts to another language.
