the support chat client is the best!!

Absolute worst app I've ever used. Does NOT work. Was stuck in the setup phase and it would never load past + I was charged $129 for this useless app and cannot log in to get any sort of customer service.

Very quick and helpful!

I've been through a few of the CRM apps now including Gorgias (rip off), ReAmaze (basic and clunky UX) and now Richpanel. The support is 10/10 and the price is really good. Give it a go!

Shout out to Amir! When it comes to customer support, this guy is par none. He's always going above and beyond to make sure our problems are solved. Whether it's training us on how to use complex functions or if something breaks, he's always on point!

best CRM I've used yet. I've used all the big ones and this one seems to be the cleanest and nicest looking. most intuitive UX and makes work efficient. seamless integrations. to me, it's like the Apple of CRMs. not anything wrong per say with others but there's a reason apple is as big as it is.

Richpanel is a great app for customer management. We use it intensively and whenever there was an issue it was solved very quick by the fantastic team. Not only is Richpanel a breath of fresh air, the support is absolutely incredible! The shopify integration is second to none, and the self service is already handling more than half of all the customer support we used to have to interact with manually! We're literally saving a fortune and it's only installed a week!

Easy to use interface, easy to make customizations, very user friendly. Support staff is always available and willing to make requested changes so platform works with other integrations.

I use this app for creating and editing orders. It is very user-friendly and you can learn a lot about it and its different functionalities just by looking around.

I've been trying to find the perfect Helpdesk/chat app for our website and have been through them all here on the Shopify AppStore. I must say that Richpanel is by far the best and their customer service is awesome, even though I'm still on the free plan! They will do everything they can to help you! Great app, and great service.
