Support has been great! I'm new to Shopify and therefor new to Rich Returns. Andrej from support provided EXCELLENT service and stood by to help me solve some setup problems. Even when I was finished, or thought I was finished, he proactively monitored my account for problems and reached out with the solution right away. People, you must use this. It pays for itself over and over and over if you have any type of customer service in the area of returns. Set the rules, go do something else that makes money instead of paying someone to handle it and watch returns AND exchanges automate. It's awesome.

RICH Returns is a simple yet effective returns solution that meets our every need. We would like to see some more customization options for the "internal" dashboard (i.e. updating columns, filtering returns, etc.). The support team is phenomenal, and always responds to queries in a timely manner. Would reccomend RICH to any customer-oriented teams.

I recently started using Rich Returns app for my e-commerce store. The setup was incredibly easy and I was able to get it up and running quickly. I especially appreciated the multilingual features. 5 stars for excellent customer service and willingness to go the extra mile to help you out. They are prompt and courteous and will help you troubleshoot. We have the pro plan, so there are only a few bells and whistles, but it does what we need, and we can't complain about that.

The work done by Andrej on helping us complete the set up was fantastic. We are excited to see a change in how we do customer service.

We had a small technical issue, Osmand was available on the chat right away to support us! Turns out we had a small settings issue that Osmand quickly helped us discover. This app works very well for us! The customer support is WONDERFUL!

This app has a lot of flexibility built in for varied business workflows. And if you need some customization, it'll allow you to create custom "rules." I love the flexibility and branding it offers. Plus, it's easy to use. Customer service is very responsive as well, which matters significantly in tech.

Really good product. I had used it in the past and went over to Happy Returns as a PayPal customer and came back, RichReturns is more flexible and better for our business!
