Easy to setup, works perfectly and backs up all essential and critical information needed in case of human error or failure.

So easy to set up and the support team was quick and detailed to answer my question! I haven't restored anything yet but it's good to know that I can and won't lose my entire store if things go south.

This app is a lifesaver. It works really well and is easy to understand. The ability to restore now and to restore just one product, one collection or the entire site makes this ideal for this site and all my client's sites.

I installed this app a few days ago and it is such an excellent app.I had lost some products o my store and could restore them all with a click of a button.

There are plenty of reasons to like this app. 1. Backing up is a seamless and easy experience. 2. Having your store properly backed up grants a sense of security and puts your mind at ease when making edits or changes. 3. Customer service is very helpful and polite in their service.

Creating a backup with Rewind is child's play. It's even fun. I can finally make sure that all my data is always safe.

I used the app to help restore a theme back to previous version that was compromised when I made a mistake modifying some code. Customer service was top notch and responded to my request promptly.

A very easy and friendly user interface. We have many interns and employees working on the website and it is reassuring to know that we have a backup in case they change critical settings or erase something. Since we have the app we are more keen to delegate and this freedom give ideas to our team to improve our website as they know there is a safety net (we told them what was not saved too ! :) Always keep in mind Shopify is easy to use, yes, but not magic and does included historic of versions ro backup feature ! Congrats to the dev, it is affordable and simple to use.

Very easy to setup and such a lifesaver. It is literally one click to setup and then the job is done automatically. We already needed to restore some of our products after an error during a massive CSV import/change. Price is really affordable. Love the piece of mind.

Great peace of mind for the price. Its worth paying this small monthly fee to make sure everything you've worked hard to build up remains reachable should the worst case scenario arise. Luckily I haven't had to use the service yet other than to test it, but I'm glad it's there. Thanks

Excellent support. Install was quick and easy and we are up and running with backups in minutes. Surprising that shopify does not really support backups or redundancy other than catastrophic failure. This apps gives us peace of mind when making any sort of change, installing new apps, or working with programmer/contractors which we often do. You know that moment you realize you just f-up something and there is no UNDO? It happened to us 12hs before launching our store for Black Friday. A simple CSV upload error erased all of our variant images (yes! that can happen if you decide to change some of the variant names in your Excel sheet!! Common Shopify!) And what do you know... There is no backup for that. Even if we re-uploaded our original csv file the variant images sources had been swiped away from Shopify's database. I personally had to re-upload all variants to our store... Took me 4 very sweaty hours. Right after this mess, we decided to search for a Backup Solution and Rewind showed up in our searches. The app does what it's supposed to do. Keep backups of almost everything on your store. And an easy way to revert if you ever mess up something. Their customer service is very responsive and the installation is pretty much brainless. Nothing to add to your them code. This is a must-have for any store with a decent amount of products or orders (yes it will even backup your orders and clients!). You get a "one-click" restore to specific dates for Collections, products, blogs, customers, pages, Product Images, Smart Collections and Themes. Believe me, this will save your ass when the sh*t hits the fan.

I have a new store, but the 7 day free trial is only available for the 39/month option. 3/month and 9/month options are for some unknown reason not available. I am not sure why am I "not eligible" since I don't any orders, which is less than 20 order limit for the lowest package... Looks like a nice trick to pretend to be an affordable app. Also, chat support is a robot that keeps asking for email. This is not a chat support, it's an email support. Red flags for me, I will not pay for this app.

Would recommend. Rewind offers an incredibly simple onboarding process to get you up and running in no time. Alex has been great to walk us through everything we needed to know and can now have peace of mind we'll have our data safe and recoverable. Can rest easy knowing this powerful tool is running in the background and there for us when we may need it most.

Not only has it been doing what I have needed it to (does what it says on the tin), but in my haste to clean up my apps, I accidentally deleted the app. Panicked, I went to their website and connected with customer support (Logan) and she stepped me through how to reinstate my account. And like she said, all my previous backups were there waiting for me. I am seriously impressed, and this bungle on my behalf only took about 2 mins to rectify. You never realize the value of backups until you need them. We've had the Rewind app for some time and used them to recover from some of our Shopify "experiments". After an uninstall gone haywire - our store was completely scrambled. Kaleigh at Rewind really helped us out of a jam that had our store shutdown for almost six hours. We were able to get back online, salvage a few orders and breathe a sigh of relief. Rewind is a great app to have. You'll never regret it if you need it.

I have had the Rewind app for about 5 years and thankfully never had a reason to use it...But today I accidentally deleted some products that were very time consuming to list. Rewind to the rescue!! It was so easy and seamless to restore. Thanks!!

My store has been using this app for over 2 years now and has proved vital when themes or products have gone wrong. Highly recommend!

I wanted an app that would backup my shopify store and this app is it. I mistakenly deleted my store's collection and I was frantic. Then I remembered that I had the Rewind app (THANK GOODNESS). I wasn't able to get it back at first (it was an error on my end of course) so I contacted customer support and Annie Kitiwano got back to me along with the help of the developers and I was able to retrieve what was lost. I can't Thank you guys enough. Anyone reading this please please get this app and worry no more.

Amazing. I think every Shopify merchant should have this app if they have any other apps on the app store. We had never experienced what we experienced with most of our site getting deleted from another app and immediately after rebuilding it back up manually, we quickly scrambled to find an app like this. It is so simple to use, it backs up everything, and support is there to help you 24/7 and all hand holding if necessary. We had PTSD so the hand holding really helped lol. It really should be on the Shopify homepage as a precaution because other apps are risky and this could save you. We won't ever delete this! Thank you to Annie, Lucas, and the whole team!
