Reviews for Reputon Customer Reviews App

Really enjoyed using the app, the setup was great and somewhat automated which was really helpful. It streamlined the major follow up process for me, and helped collect some additional reviews. However, unfortunately Yelp platform still keeps hiding, I wish the app could actually establish some relationship to prove authenticity of these reviews.

Great app! The widgets from the other app are pretty great too. Have been using them for a while now.

This app helps me grow my reviews online, super happy with the way it works. I love how it automatically send emails after a certain period of time.

We have already started getting reviews. I love that we don't need to do anything, just wait for the app to send the email and see what we get. It's also great that they notify you if it's less than 5 star.

I have never used any other review app before and then came across Reputon and it seems pretty straight forward to use. Looking forward to more use and hopefully can help grow my business.

This app has worked really well for us so far. We've had many wonderful reviews and only had two negative reviews so far; however, receiving these negative reviews privately is great because it allows you to work out what the problem is before receiving a negative review publicly. That is by far the best feature!

Works great so far. Like that there are options I can customize to our business without having to pay for a higher tier. 7-19-21 update - blocked bad review that was due to shipping company destroying box which we had no control over once it left our store. Thank you

perfect app! it blocks whenever you have a bad comment and you can work on the issue. Otherwise it easy to install and to put on your website

Thank you for the heads up on customers reviews whether good or bad! I am always able to make sure my customers are happy by responding in a timely matter! I love this app!

Great tool. Easy to use and clear UI. Haven't used any support as it's easy to set up and may not require any help.

Update since giving this review, the guys at Reputon added a feature to my account and resent some invitations to recent clients. I did a couple reviews after the invitations were resent. I will be closely monitoring the app. I used this app to help us know how we're doing with our client orders. However in the 2 years that we've had the app, we cannot see a single review, although the email links have been clicked by our clients. We will look for a new app today.
