Simple, yet effective. It's exactly what our business was looking for. Price is a bit steep though compared to other apps that offer a lot more features.

The app is very useful and easy to navigate. It is great to be able to receive feedback from customers on an automatic basis allowing us to see what we are doing well on and where we can improve for the future.

I only installed today but excited to see this working and get more customer reviews coming in soon.

Great app love the review filters... Overall very simple dashboard and to the point.. can check the pending reviews as well as those that went out already

Update-after 2 years of using this app it still amazes me the seamless syncs from customer emails to Google. It is awesome! We have used others on the past but this app gets the most reviews back from the customer It lets you know any negative ones so you can follow up with the customer to resolve issues. We are now receiving more and more reviews. We highly recommend installing the app. Customer service and notifications are excellent. The app goes over and beyond what I expected.
