Reviews for Reputon Customer Reviews App

This is a fantastic plugin to our store. We've received so many reviews since installing this, and it's helped us tremendously.

It´s har to understand how it works and how long takes to grow the reviews I guess I have to be patience and see what it comes

Fairly easy set up and getting reviews. One suggestion is to clean up their app; it's a bit messy. An easy step by step list to follow would be less overwhelming.

This app has been super straight forward and easy. I was looking everywhere to find an app that I could use straight from shopify to request reviews from ALL my customers. This one has been great.

easy to use. good ways of customizing the mails which are sent to the customers. got some reviews. but expensive for small business. maybe i will buy it later on.

Easy to setup and automatically sends emails asking for reviews and if the review is bad it sends them to you or good it sends them to review sites. Such a great idea to avoid bad reviews and be able to directly interface with customers to alleviate the problem and turn a potentially bad review into a good one.

I can't tell when a new customer is leaving a review, but otherwise, it's great. I'd love to be notified when new reviews come in, so I can respond to them quickly.

Only early days, but currently very easy to set up and going as planned. Looks good on the website (Their Google Section) and hopefully helps get more reviews.

This is a fabulous app, which prevents malicious and bad reviews being put up over the internet. We are really grateful for Reputon as sometimes you can get customers who are malicious or lie on reviews. There customer service is great too! Would 100% recommend.

I like this app because it helps me stay in touch with customers ... whether they are happy, sad or mad. I always want to make things right with our customers. I want to do the right thing and serve them well.

The setup is very simple and straight forward. Just go through the steps and check off what you agree with and edit your customer email and that's it, save your changes and your done. Very Simple Setup, Thanks for making this possible!

after installing an uninstalling several apps found this really good one, exactly what i was looking for to put on my store
