Great app for setting up and tracking affiliate sales. The thing I like most about this app is customer service. I've rarely had to wait 24hrs. for a responses to questions.

I'm a big fan of utilizing simplicity to get maximum results. Refersion fits this model of thinking, especially when compared to the two or three other main competitors you have to choose from. They have stellar phone support as well (thanks Layth and team!), which is more than happy to resolve things quickly. Everything works very fine. Setup is easy and problems will be solved in time. Lets see how this works in the long run.

Great app- we've seamlessly onboarded 6 affiliates (and 4 about to process) within our first 2 weeks of launching! Every time we had questions, or needed help making sure all the links and tracking worked, we were helped quickly and efficiently. I would suggest everyone double check that they affiliate links work, but once they do, you will be good to go!

Very easy to set up and very professional system. All my affiliate have their own dashboard to which they have access, recording their sales and commission. Refersion is one of the most user-friendly suites for affiliate marketing I have ever seen. and I have seen a lot of them. The only point of improvement would be if they made the payments themselves and all I had to do was link my credit card so they could charge it for the commissions. Or if they had a prepaid system I could top up, and they'd use that to pay the affiliates. But the interface is beautiful All the features are amazing And Emma from Customer Support is a true hero. Really chuffed so far about the experience and the service. Kiiroo.com is very happy to use Refersion. Ace product.

Emma is the best! She helped me with all my problems to get my affiliate link up and running. Also can contact her if needed in the future!

Just awesome service, was able to live chat then call and Emma got right on it and fixed our setup problem . Excited to use and get started and will update after we use, but set up was a breeze!

I am only on day 1. Although, the customer service has been wonderful. I have been working with Emma from Refersion and she has been great. Very helpful and quick to respond. I am looking forward to using this system to increase sales to our online store!

Good app to use if you use affiliates or promoters. Only wish that the affiliate form had more customability. Other than that, great app!

So far this is the easiest thing I have ever set up - ever. Affiliates are joining easily and the analytical tools seem top notch. Update - October 2017 We've been using Refersion for a year and it's working perfectly. And the one time when we had a question we reached out and our problem was solved within 2 hours. Great customer service!

Not really helpful for low traffic e-shops. We tried finding affiliates in their marketplace, 2 in 14 days, no sales.

Erik was pretty cool, he just reached out to me right away and then within a few hours he was on top of the job doing a test order. Best service I've seen so far in the Shopify platform. Way to go Erik.
