Refersion is a great app I've been using the for a couple of days and I already have my first affiliate partner. There marketplace works well. There customer service is great they respond in less than 24 hours. Erik has been very helpful! Thanks

Very easy to use and to set up. The only thing that can be hard is to fix your API settings in your PayPal account, however, Refersion offers an extremely simple step-by-step manual to do this in no time. Erik helped me fix set up the link in my Shopify store, so the customer support is awesome. Absolutely recommend this!

So far so good! Emma was extremely helpful in getting us up and running. Already have a few affiliates on board!

It took about 30 minutes to set this up which is great. Also, you get personal support until Refersion makes sure that it works. Erik from Refersion helped make sure my account was all good and I could start asking for affiliates. Honestly, I think this is probably one of the best ways to drive sales to your Shopify store when you're starting out. Because you can ask people who already have an online influence to make sales for you, and give them a cut. Amazing tool and easy to use.

I just hooked up my refersion account. I had a few issues with the setup so I reached out to their support team and they responded back to me immediately. Both Emma and Sergio were great! Knowledgeable and very helpful. Problems solved.

Our company was very excited to get started using refersion. Layth and the rest of his team have been so responsive and helpful as we get everything set up. Makes me feel more comfortable starting a new program when you know the customer service will be there to assist whenever we need it. After being up and running for almost 10 months I can say that support response comes and goes. If you have their attention it works, but otherwise you can wait for a long time with no feedback. We have seen our number of affiliates grow hugely since starting with Refersion, unfortunately we are also running into affiliates calling upset and accusing us of stealing from them because they aren't receiving credit for the sales they are generating. Refersion has not had a good response for any of these issues and the issues/upset affiliates are growing. If things don't turn around we are looking for a new solution.

After using Share-a-Sale for way too long, we switched to Refersion a year ago for affiliate tracking/marketing. While there's no one-size-fits-all solution to affiliate marketing, Refersion is an excellent option for Shopify store owners. We recently switched from one-time to recurring subscriptions and Refersion made the transition seamless. Special shoutouts to Emma and Erik from Refersion--extraordinary dedication to customer service. They really care about making your implementation work! One area for improvement: please make it easier to handle automated payments to affiliates. Currently we do payments manually for each affiliate because PayPal (Refersion's payout option) makes this complicated/cumbersome. It would be great to have an alternative to PayPal.

So far the app offers everything I need for affiliate marketing. It's user friendly and gets the work done FOR you! Thank you Sergio at Refersion for being incredibly helpful on helping me set it up with ease. -Kara

Their API endpoints have Cloudflare enabled to block "automated requests" - after contacting support, they said we should change our user agent. What kind of unprofessional API is this?

Whilst we didn't have the best of luck with this app, Customer Service were very professional, friendly, and seem to have good intentions towards their customers which is a rare find. The pricing is steep and you will need a good amount of sales a day to make profit if you're using affiliate codes. But the staff and platform seem good.

Sergio is the best! He was extremely helpful in setting up my links on the website. We were going forth and back for a couple of days, he was even ready to get into my Wordpress dashboard and set up the links!

Refersion is exactly what we've been looking for! The software allows us to track and build a sales team of affiliates. We're able to track via link and unique coupon codes. I evaluated a lot of different options and we're very happy with Refersion. I have to mention the customer support, which in our opinion is a big deal. Emma and Erik have been amazing and answered all of our questions and set us up for success. They respond very quickly always within the same day. Thanks guys for the awesome tool!

If you have an online business and work with influencers, this is a must. Saved literally hours every week by using this app and incredibly good value! Highly recommended. Customer service is A1.

Didnt work. All the sales online never showed up in any of the affiliates accounts. But worse of all, the customer service doesnt exist so when you have a problem, you cant actually fix it. There is actually no customer service, just automated emails 48-72 hours after you ask a question. Terrible.

Early days but we have three affiliates signed up from the Refersion Marketplace in the first week and Erik has been super helpful for us affiliate marketing newbies.
