We've been using this for the affiliates we work with, and helps us keep track of everything. When we had issues we just emailed support, and Emma was so helpful and prompt.

Just starting to use this. Rating is 2 stars because there is no way to control notifications. I currently have 13k followers on Instagram (@mr.asadshah) and as soon as I advertised this to my followers I have 400 affiliates within a few hours and 500 in the following day My inbox is basically destroyed even though I ticked "Disable notifications new affiliates" in my notification settings. Also, I realise now that, it takes their software time to accept affiliates. There is no option for me to select all of the affiliates and bulk accept all. I have to do 50 at a time. Writing this review and Refersion has only processed 10 out of 50 It is going to take me ages to accept 000's :( I'll change review if my experience gets better

This app has helped us become the number one store in our niche outperforming all of our competition. We highly recommend it!

We're still learning how to use and setup it but the customer service is top level. And thanks to Erik we have Refersion working. :)

Sergio is by far one of the most helpful customer service I've spoken with! Every time when I had questions, especially at the time when I had problem installing the PayPal, Sergio was always so patience answering my questions and walked me through step by step on how to fix my issues.

The app is not super user-friendly BUT customer service is awesome and quick. Emma helped me set up everything properly in 5 minutes. Actually more simple then it looks like. So give them a quick call and everything will go well!

Great app with a great support team. Thanks to Emma I was able to get a few redirection problems fixed! :)

I started using refersion and ran into a couple of issues and contacted customer support and spoke with a gentleman named Sergio. Sergio is by far one of the most helpful customer service representatives I've spoken with, he walked me through step by step on how to fix my issues and knew exactly what he was doing . Definitely has a great sense of humor and made things easy for me! Thanks man!

If you are in a business that does well for affiliate marketing than great. This app brought in no sales over 7 months. Also, they need to make it easier to cancel. I tried to cancel and went into their dashboard and there was no option. I had to reach out to them and Shopify to figure out if I deleted the app would it stop charging me. They need to make this clear to customers.

Underwhelmed and unimpressed. Two days for test purchases to show up in the dashboard when they say it should be an hour at most. Lackluster and flip responses to support requests. On the getting started webinar (where the leader seemed distracted, confused and took such long pauses between thoughts we thought the screen had froze except for the loud background noise) -- he had no insights or help to offer participants in the Q&A. Moreover, he began answering questions and then immediately lost his train of thought every time a new one popped up in the chat field. Just really unprofessional at every step of this process. When participants asked about similar problems they were having he said their order volume (or something to that effect) was slowing down their product. Again, very blasé and not very confidence inducing. I'd been waiting for this product to work as I have several influencers in multiple countries and time zones wanting to be affiliates. I went to upgrade after realizing they force you to in order to be able to create a coupon code. I agreed to the upgrade price but when I go to use it, it says I still need to upgrade and round and round in circles. The support response was that it sometimes takes a while and "sorry." If you're in a hurry to get your affiliate program up and running, you will be disappointed here. I am an affiliate for another company that also uses Refersion and it's been a headache (missing referral links in dashboard, etc) from that perspective, too. They also need to cutback on the constant canned emails if the live support and product is so incredibly lackluster. I'll submit another review if this actually works without so much lag time for set up.

We left & came back - mostly because of Emma! After looking around & settling on another platform, some months later we did our research & came back. The dashboard for our reps may not be as pretty but functionality wise Refersion kicks butt. Plus, Emma honestly has been all hands on deck helping us to get set up, testing the functionality & turning on features as we need them. Thanks guys! :D

I'm having problem after problem since yesterday, first with the tracking, then the order amount wasn't correct, I tried figuring it out with both Emma and Erik but they just couldn't find why there was this problem and then stopped answering... I also want to say to the EU based shopify owners that the paypal payouts have been stopped by paypal for non US markets (I talked with paypal this morning on the phone and they told me) so I wrote again to Refersion to get some help with using Stripe instead and then again no reply and it's been the whole day...

So far so good! Took us only a little while to get everything set up, Erik was helpful in running through the final details. I was pretty skeptical about how this would work, but we have 3 generic affiliates and 1 who seems like a perfect fit all within the first week. Fingers crossed that we generate some sales, but so far I can say that the integration and configuration is easy as possible.

I had an issue with tracking conversions and Erik was extremely helpful and solved the issue in a timely manner. I am very pleased with customer service and excited to add this app to my store.
