Best Facebook remarketing app! We've tried other similar apps but Recart is the leader by far. It has more features and you can go deep in terms of analytics. Besides that, the customer service is amazing. No matter what your query is they will reply to you fast, politely and in most professional way. We made our first sale through Recart in the first day. The price is also great considering how little you pay for so many features. I honestly couldn't recommend this more and I wish we would have used this app since we opened our store few months ago.

So I haven't been using this app long. Tell you the truth I only installed it because it was recommended by someone who is teaching me shopify. Ran a few FB ads didn't get any checkouts but did get some unfinished checkouts and this app sent abandoned cart email automatically. I know that followup is a pretty damn important thing and for the simplicity and ease that this provides for followup via FB Messenger is worth a bit if cash.

I have been able to find a few solid uses from Recart and I find their e-mail drag and drop system to be fairly decent when compared to some specific programs my company uses. My main use for Recart was capturing e-mails earlier in the process. My website sells high ticket items with an AOV of 4 to sometimes 5 figures. A customer who is scared to input their e-mail address from clicking "add to cart" is not a buying customer and i don't view this as a wall for the business. All in all, Recart appears to be a useful and appreciated tool to the business. 5 stars !
